People asked that same thing why would Ronaldo leave 1st place in the PL Utd who was a CL finalist for a side that lost 4-0 to Liverpool (5-0 on aggregate) and got walloped by Barca 6-2 at home.

But I agree with Firenze, Madrid cannot afford Pogba as you cannot buy something that isn't for sale.

Where did you get Nils from? That really is a typical Norwegian/Danish name. Nils, Erik, Harald, Vidar and Terje were such common names when I grew up, but a lot of Norwegians seem to opt for hipster names these days like.. "Adele" and the name of that dragon girl from Game of Thrones seems to be relatively popular. I even have a 2 year old niece named Adele I don't see the appeal in such names, personally. The traditional ones may not have been particularly creative, but at least they had some degree of distinction from other nations.

nick is short for Nicholas and Nicholas in norwegian is Nils so its norway Nils.
