His physicality doesn't help if he doesn't bother to run and get stuck in. And he doesn't bother most of the time. He has all the attributes but not the brains to be great. I watched him for United last season. At times he was dwelling on the ball for what felt like 10 second on the sidelines until he lost it instead of doing the simple thing and pass it to a teammate, stuff that you'd expect from an 18 year old talent that can be ironed out, not from a seasoned 25 year old player.

But we're not getting him anyway. Willian for € 100M it is. Moneylaunderingcelona.

Cant compare playing for Mourinho. He is outdated and doesnt know how to get the best out of attacking players.
Anyway, the point is that with Messi in the team, we cant have a midfield of Rakitic and Busquets. We need a lot more legs and dynamism in midfield and has to be very good technically. Those sort of players are rare.

I think that's what he means, Pogba doesn't necessarily bring legs and dynamism in midfield because he lacks intensity. He has too much of a 'play for fun' attitude imho and also as skilled as he is, is not very intelligent.

Jorginho would have been better. Ramsey even. You want legs and dynamism? Jack Wilshere for free. Literally risk-free translfer even if he flops at Barcelona. But no let's sign Arthur whom the biggest stage he's ever played at has been Copa LOLbertadores and he wasn't even Grêmio's top 2 player last season.
