I doubt we buy 2 midfielders.
I'd argue one would do at this point provided we sell 2 more (Pereyra and Hernanes)

Gustavo could be part of the Zaza sale. Maybe we could get him on loan as part of the deal. That would free up enough cash to buy Isco. With Mandragora out for 4 months and Marrone sitting on the bench simply to fill out our club grown player quota, I do see a need for another 2 midfielders IF we sell both Pererya and Hernanes. Especially given the fact Marchisio is out until at least October and won't be in full fitness until November/December and Khedira an injury waiting to happen.

We've had a great summer transfer window so far, hopefully we bring in another good midfielder and Gabigol also seems like a good player if Zaza goes to Wolfsburg

Report: Zaza accepts Wolfsburg
By Football Italia staff
Simone Zaza visited the Wolfsburg training ground today and has reportedly agreed to the €25m transfer from Juventus.
The two clubs worked out a fee of €25m, but the striker was unsure about leaving Serie A for the Bundesliga.
Multiple reports suggest he flew out on a private jet to visit the Wolfsburg ground, facilities and squad today.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Zaza was sufficiently impressed to accept the move to Germany.
The former Sassuolo centre-forward had also been heavily linked with West Ham United, but wanted to remain in Italy.
Zaza was left out of the squad for tonight's friendly against Espanyol at the Stadio Braglia in Modena.

Watford ‘close’ in deal to sign Roberto Pereyra from Juventus...
Watford believe they are close to breaking their club transfer record by landing top summer transfer target Roberto Pereyra...
Reports in Italy suggest tomorrow is a key day in the deal to bring him to Watford, with our sources at Vicarage Road confident a deal is “very close”. Interestingly, Pereyra has been named in the team to face Quique Sanchez Flores’ Espanyol this evening. The deal for Pereyra, worth an apparent €16m, would eclipse Watford’s transfer record for the second time this summer, beating the £12.5m they paid Granada for Isaac Success. We understand the deal for Kenedy, the 20-year-old Brazilian, is not dependent on whether the club pull off the swoop for Pereyra, who the Pozzos sold to Juventus last year.

Inter target staying in Brazil until January amid Leicester interest
Santos want to keep hold of Gabigol until the end of the Brazilian season, as they look for a first league title since 2004...
Inter have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Brazil striker Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa, after Santos insisted he would remain with them until January, paving the way for Leicester City to enter the fray.
The forward has been the target of a number of European clubs, including Juventus and Atletico Madrid, after taking Brazilian domestic football by storm, although Inter are thought to be in advanced negotiations for his signature.
However, Santos coach Dorival Junior is keen to hold on to Gabigol until the end of the season in Brazil, due to conclude in December, allowing the 19-year-old to move in the winter transfer window.
It would follow the same manner as fellow Brazil forward Gabriel Jesus’ move to Manchester City, with the Palmeiras starlet set to join up in January.
“If a deal has to be done, it would be less damaging to our plans for us to lose him in January,” Dorival Junior claimed. “We should find the same arrangement as Palmeiras did with Gabriel Jesus.”
Meanwhile, the delay could allow Premier League champions Leicester to push ahead to the front of the queue for Gabigol, with the Foxes keen to bring in more firepower for the defence of their title.
The striker is currently on international duty at the Olympic Games on home soil with Brazil and was in deadly form in the hosts’ most recent fixture, netting twice in a 4-0 win over Denmark.

Juve, Arsenal, Liverpool eye Brozovic
By Football Italia staff
Juventus, Arsenal and Liverpool are all being linked with Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic.
The Croatia international’s agent complained several times in recent months about his wages at San Siro.
With Roberto Mancini’s exit, replaced by Frank de Boer, his situation is believed to be even more uncertain.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, Juventus consider 25-year-old Brozovic to be an ideal replacement for Paul Pogba.
However, there is also interest from the Premier League, as SportItalia tip Arsenal and Mediaset Premium believe that Liverpool are leading the race.

Juve: Fabregas or Brozovic?
By Football Italia staff
Today’s Italian papers claim Juventus are targeting either Chelsea’s Cesc Fabregas or Inter man Marcelo Brozovic for their midfield.
The Bianconeri need a replacement for Paul Pogba, especially as Claudio Marchisio is out with a knee injury until October or November.
Tuttosport suggest this morning that Fabregas is in pole position, as Coach Max Allegri has been trying to sign him up since his days on the Milan bench.
Chelsea would be more prepared to let the Spaniard leave than first choice Nemanja Matic, as Antonio Conte publicly locked down the Serbian in a Press conference yesterday.
He only moved from Barcelona to Chelsea in July 2014 for €33m, having previously spent eight years at Arsenal.
However, the Corriere dello Sport’s front page insists that Brozovic is the main target to take over from Pogba.
The Croatia international is only 23 years old and arrived from Dinamo Zagreb in January 2015 for just €8m.
He impressed at Euro 2016 and in Serie A last season, but his agent has complained at low wages at San Siro.
Inter are very unlikely to sell one of their most promising young talents to rivals Juventus, but a €30m offer might prove hard to resist.
Brozovic certainly does not have the international experience of Fabregas, but is six years younger, more affordable and more versatile, as he can play in several different midfield roles.

Can Brozovic play as a trequartista? We could have the all Croatian team. If he could play as a CAM as well as a b2b then maybe he's more flexible for our formations than Isco who is basically just a CAM.

I read a report saying that he could play anywhere in the midfield, maybe he is very similar to Vidal?

He can play anywhere but he is not Vidal. He is much more about his passing than about tackling and running wild. Mancini even played him wide on his 4-2-3-1 at times. He is awesome and only 23, def my first choice.

Fabregas can rip a team apart with his passes. Fabregas and Pjanic is one heck of a creative midfield.

Brozovic would be a very nice fit but buying another player from yet another big Italian club in the same window seems so far fetched
Higuain from Napoli
Pjanic from Roma
Brozovic from Inter
Shame Milan doesn't have any good players, we could really do something special
I definitely expect a midfield signing now. I think we'll sign one and move Pereyra and possibly Hernanes too [if were lucky]

We've strengthened our feeder club Sassuolo which indirectly hurts Milan so we've screwed them too...

Haha, I forgot about Bentancur. Looks like we are blocking that sale! Lol!!
Next on the hit list is Fiorentina. Bernardeschi looks like a star in the making. We can offer a loan with an option to buy...

Brozovic wants to leave but Thohir states: “Not to Juve.”
Damn, it might be more complicated to steal from Inter than Napoli or Roma. We might actually have to negotiate. Too bad Brozovic doesn't have a release clause.

Juventus and Watford Reach Agreement For Pereyra...
After weeks of negotiating it seems Juventus and Watford have come to an agreement for Roberto Pereyra.
According to Sky Sports UK, Watford and Juventus have finally found a fee that works for both of them in regards to Pereyra. The Premier League side will reportedly pay 15 million euros for the former Udinese man and will acquire him outright. Before the transfer becomes official, however, Pereyra must find an agreement with Watford. In the coming days the parties will meet in order to hash out an agreement.
