w/e happen to Son, hardly set the world alight last season, didn't even seem nailed on but he was injured a lot, not seen him in the team lineup today

I think Lamela is about to have that season people thought he was capable of when he first came to England. Really settled in now and only got better all of last year, and has been even more confident and better since then, especially since being an actual part of the NT set up. I haven't really followed Spurs pre season but iirc he has scored a couple times and gotten some assists so he looks fired up.

Son is with the South Korean team at the Olympics. Spurs allowing it because if South Korea gets a medal then Son will be exempt from mandatory military service. Had a mixed first season, was fantastic when he first came but then got injured. In and out of the team since then but is a good rotation player/impact sub. Hoping he can improve this season though because he has more quality than he showed last season.
