In today's market, 60M for Icardi doesn't seem that bad.

23 years old, very consistent goal scorer and very underrated in my opinion- I wonder if its because of his character defects.

The amount of goals he scores for a dogshit Inter team that does not create any chances is great.

I guess it depends on your need for a striker as well, I mean it's overpay but it's not like 94M for HIGUAIN overpay.

I'm also quite convinced that ICARDI is underrated because a lot of people don't realize how bad Inter is, especially at attacking.

Inter scored just 50 goals last season and 59 the season before with ICARDI being responsible for 16 + 22 of those goals (he missed a handful of games this season or he probably would've broken 20 goals again 16/29 apps), and his 16 goals came from just 57 shots.

But again, I turn to his personality/character for the whole WANDA saga and I believe that is another thing counted against him and maybe understandably so.

If you're looking for an expert ball kicker, ICARDI fits the bill.

ICARDI may be even more underrated than HERNANES to be fair...

Sports once brought up a good point that resale value plays a role too.

You can hypothetically get 4 great years out of Icardi and sell him for that same value or higher at age 27.

Strikers have always been overpriced, because there is a severe lack of quality strikers, at least ones that are available currently.

That price for Icardi is absurd no matter what lmao

I'd rather pay 60 for Icardi than 94 for Higuain tbh. The man is too underrated because Inter struggles to create anything, and because he is such a douche.

Put him in a team thats better setup for the striker and he will dominate. His accuracy and instinct are top notch, his passing has become very good for a CF (since he has to help out Inter in their lack of playmakers), and he doesnt choke.

Icardi will become a top CF in the game in his prime.

Leave Icardi alone ffs. Love how people who never watch Inter talk all that shit. The man is simply lethal in front of goal, and he has great technique too, gets shit service and still scores. His first 8 goals last season came from 12 chances, that should tell you how good he is and how horrible the service he receives is.
