Will Arsenal finish in the Top 4 next season
With ManU, Chelsea, Man City all looking to come back strong I think its almost certain that they will winish in the top 4.
Then you have Leicester, Spurts, Liverpool, West Ham, and Arsenal all battling it out for 4th place.
What to you think guys, will next year finally be the year Arsenal drop out of the top 4? Do you think Leicester and Spurs will just fade away or will they still be in the top 4 next year
This is not a bait thread for any bitter Arsenal fans btw

How could we possibly know?
Atleast wait until the transfer window ends so we can have an idea of the squads and managers.

Re: Will Arsenal finish in the Top 4 next season
How long has Arsenal suppose to be kicked out of the top 4? 7, 8 seasons now? Usually it is the same reasons the OP mentioned, you know, teams strengthening and other "legit" challengers and yet, Arsenal always makes top 4. At this point, it is not if they'll be knocked out of the top, it is where in the top 4 Arsenal would finish.

Can't even guess until after the summer transfer window. Regardless, Arsenal has a team that is better than City, Chelsea, United, and Liverpool even in the present.
People overrate these squads. United is shite, City is past it, and Chelsea is only a decent team if the players care and it seems they barely do. Liverpool is on the up but the squad needs improvements definitely

With what players are these teams going to come back strong with next season?. Its going to take at least 2-3 seasons of buying players for the likes of man utd and Chelsea to come back. man city will prob challenge but wont be dominant at all...ahh let me just sum this up, there isnt that much talent out there that can be brought in one window for all of the mega clubs to come back in one go. I guarantee there will probably be only 2-3 stand out teams, the rest will continue to be average.

Re: Will Arsenal finish in the Top 4 next season
Nothing certain about City, United and Chelsea. City needs a bunch of transfers and has a new manager. Chelsea finished well out of the top 4 this season. No one knows who is gonna be at United or whats gonna happen there.
Next season is a better bet for Arsenal making it than this past season. At this point last year United had continuity, Chelsea were champions, City's squad was younger and stronger.
Plus they always make top 4.

They are doomed to finish 2-4 for the rest of eternity, so yes.

Re: Will Arsenal finish in the Top 4 next season
Arsenal will definitely finish in top 4. They already have a better team than most of their competition on paper. Midfield strengthening( Xhaka or Kante) and buying someone like a Higuain will instantly put them as 'the' favorites.
City will strengthen and will finish in top 4 under Pep. I can see Liverpool making the cut as well.
For the next position it will be a joust between United (if we get Mourinho, otherwise lol under this clown, we will finish no higher than 6th), Chelsea and Spurs.

This.
All of them will buy some, but are they able to buy any of the very best players? Let's put it this way that if any of those three win the title, their manager will be as good as Sam Allardyce.

It'll be tough.
1. Middlesbrough
2. Leicester
3. Soton
4. Sheffield Wednesday
will be a hard top four to break into

No massive rebuilding for Arsenal unlike Chelsea,City and United.
Morata,Xhaka,Kante and you're looking at 2016-17 PL winners right there.

Re: Will Arsenal finish in the Top 4 next season
Quite honestly, I can see Arsenal out of the top 4 end of next season.
I was thinking the exact thing like OP.
Although obviously Leicester won't be anywhere near top 4 next season, but City will win it, Chelsea will be back, Spurs, Liverpool etc.
It will be tough for Arsenal, if they don't manage to get some kind of impulse, meaning real top player inforcements. Which of course they won't.

when in the history have arsenal acually bought 1 or 2 of those caliber players let alone 3 in one transfer market. If they did I agree they would win probably.
However, if Hazard stays at Chelsea and starts performing under Conte along with the other players, I think you guys are really underestimating Chelsea. When in form their teams is alot better than Arsenal. Man City does have an aging squad you're right, but with the unlimited budget they have you can bet they will remedy that very quickly. As for United, mourinho can squeeze so much more out of that team than LVG.
Also posten ITT forgot about Leicester and Spurts
