A lot of us questioned Wiggins for Love at the time and this is why. It's not like Kevin Love just became a bad p&r guy, he's always sucked. They already had Kyrie, why do they need another turnstyle.

I doubt it would've gone down if Wiggins signed with LeBron's agency like Ben Simmons though

Yeah I wasn't high on the love trade either. A lot of us made the argument that offense wouldn't be a problem with both Kyrie and LeBron. Kevin Love didn't fit then and he doesn't now. Wiggins could've helped so much more on defense compared to Love.

But then again, would they have made the trade if they knew GSW would be at that level when they did it? I have a hard seeing this. Who would've thought they'd be so great in their small ball line-up this quick.

The GSW thing is pretty irrelevant though, i mean they would have won it last year ( mainly due to Spurs and Clippers basically eliminating each other) but OKC still beat them IMO this year.

Cleveland's biggest issue aside from Lebron declining from the player he was in Miami. ( Swag can deny this all he wants but it doesn't make it any less true)

Kyrie and Love being incompatible and complete traffic cones defensively is their team is full of specialists, even if Lebron allowed them to show it which he probably wouldn't considering how ball dominant he is. They literally have no playmakers outside of him and Kyrie.

It's just a poorly built team, which hasn't been helped by the fact they have about 5 players being paid the max or very close to it.

Makes me fool kind of good to see Cavs lose tbh.

LeBron's jumper has fell of the face of the Earth.. That's been his only decline tbh..

If it came down to getting rid of him or Kyrie I would choose Kyrie simply because I prefer having a mix of perimeter and inside rather than two ball dominant perimeter players.. With that said, Love has been disgraceful these past two rounds

Anyways the Cavs must win games 3 and 4 then put the pressure back on the Warriors to win game 5..

Not that these comparisons always hold up, but the Thunder took GSW to 7 games, were very competitive until the end in the games they lost and blew out GSW twice. Meanwhile, what exactly have the Cavs done? Lost to GSW's bench?

The finals aren't over yet, so it's premature to say much based on this type of logic, but...yeah the Thunder takes the Cavs imo

Maybe this is why I could never be a coach though.. I would be too intense.. Like if my player fouled someone shooting a 3, I would cuss them out and they probably won't see the court for the rest of the game.. Discipline and focus is key for me
