No doubt there will be wholesale changes against Watford after such an pulsating European Night. I'm guessing:

Ward
Flanagan-Skrtel-Lovren-Smith
Lucas-Allen
Milner-Firmino-Ibe
Benteke

However, against Chelsea and WBA, I'm expecting the return of the regular starting XI. Allen will partner Emre in the MF with Lucas coming in as substitute (probably for Emre) while there will be some rotation between Firmino, Coutinho and Lallana.

Absolutely don't care.

Would be nice to beat Chelsea at home. But I don't care. Rather not play anyone important extensive minutes.

We can't finish below 8th anyways.

I don't care much, but I care enough that I don't want to lose against frigging Watford at home. Should try to win, don't play all the kids again. It's not a good idea anyway to keep the key players to minimum game time before the final, they should retain their sharpness.

The last day of the PL is Sunday 15th and the EL final is already on the 18th, so rest everyone against WBA then, but play decent teams in the home games against Watford and Chelsea.

Heavily rotate with Watford , play most of the first team against Chelsea to prevent any rustiness and completely rest everyone against West Brom

This.

Seems to be the general thinking, at least for Watford. The side looks to be heavily rotated, with only Mignolet, Coutinho, and Moreno retaining their spots. I'd expect Moreno and Coutinho to be subbed at some point during the game as well.

To be honest, I'd treat all three of these matches as training games, even when playing a full strength squad against Chelsea. The subs should be largely planned (for fitness reasons) and the tactics should be geared toward preparing for Sevilla more than the opposition on the day.

One last game to go, Have to win that with a under strength squad. We have to get Europe at least.

That can be taken care of in the final.

Play the fringe players and whatever they do is a bonus.

Let's focus on Sevilla.

EL has given us another path straight into CL, I would like that next season as well as a backup if we manage to bottle it against Sevilla.

Finishing 8th and losing the EL will leave us with jack in both next season and the summer window.

If Palace win the FA cup - like we should hope they do - they'll get the EL spot and not the 7th placed team in the league. So I don't really care what happens in the West Brom game, better just put all our eggs in the EL final basket. Winning that game would be the best feeling and biggest thing since Istanbul. Losing it... don't want to think about it.

Exactly. I'd rather have Palace win Fa Cup than United regardless. So it means we have to finish 6th which means we rely on two teams to choke on the last day. Can't see it.

Oh i didn't know Palace had to win for that 7th spot to be closed. I've clearly lost track of footy these days. Then never mind, too much against us. meh as you were lads

Jürgen Klopp has revealed that Spanish youngster Sergi Canos could feature in Liverpool’s final Barclays Premier League game of 2015-16 when the Reds head to West Bromwich Albion on Sunday.

The 19-year-old Academy forward has enjoyed a brilliant season on loan in the Championship with Brentford, making 38 appearances and firing seven goals for the Bees.

Speaking to the press after Liverpool’s final home game of the campaign against Chelsea, Klopp revealed that it is possible Canos could make his debut at the Hawthorns.

Lineup for today appears to be:
------------Bogdan
Flanaga-SKrtel-Lucas-Smith
-----Stewart-Brannagan
---Allen---------------Ojo
--------------Ibe
-----------Benteke

Subs: Mignolet, Henderson, Ilori, Ings, Randall, Canos, Chirivella

Have to say, I'm strangely excited by this lineup. It feels a bit like a pre-season game in that I'm looking forward to seeing what some of the youngsters can lend to the squad (and also several players auditioning for their next job).

Would have liked to see Canos get a start, but he may yet get a sub appearance. Ilori, Ings, Henderson, and Canos on the bench offer some interesting prospects.

I'd expect to see Henderson get at least 20-30 minutes in the second half if Klopp is even considering using him in the Final on Wednesday.

See we drew. First game I've missed in a very long time. And one that I won't be bothering to rewatch or anything.
