I think it depends more on Pep at Man C as well, they will surely invest big again and have the best squad.

Mou would really up Man U's level though.

Then also how Chelsea rebuilds and Klopp does with Liverpool.

Spurs look like they will also keep strengthening.

Hard to say, but I certainly hope they go on years without winning it again Very Happy

With Leicester winning this year, who the heck really knows.

Maybe they win it next year. Or maybe Middlesbrough will pull a Leeds and win league.
