Yeah but we were in full control of the match until we took Lovren off and replaced him with Skrtel.

Problem also was IMO that Southampton could up their game with quality introductions (Wanyana AND Mané at HT) while your players let the intensity drop and allowed their legs to feel the midweek tiredness with the game seemingly decided.

In such a situation you were far too bad at controlling the game and slowing it down.
Allen kept giving the ball away. Skrtel's opening passes consist of drilling the ball to the opposition.

Allen really wasn't a problem. When did he "keep giving the ball away"? Skrtel was the main issue, as he has been for a long time. He definitely doesn't work with Klopp's system, but I expect he'll keep getting time as Moreno has.
