Even though i see Bayern or Barca the likely favorites here, the Madrid side has one big advantage in my opinion, which is that they have big difference in minutes played. Real may just have the freshest legs for the spring's deciding games. And when Madrid is drawn against Manchester City, it's a good reminder how you dont have to win everyone, or the best contenders to clinch the Cl title. On this match, i didnt expect to Wolfsburg last 180 minutes, their defense opened up like volkswagen's gas emissions to air. The better obviously went through but i feel it was too close for Madrid fans liking, just like last season when another german team (Schalke) came close to shock eliminating the Madrid. On some level i even hoped that Real would go through because i feel the next opponent had drawn them would have got a too easy ticket to Milano CL final. Tough semis in the horizon.

We all know Madrid will draw Man City. La undecima gifted incoming.

I think we would definitely do better if we met Bayern or Barca than Atleti, Benfica or City because we tend to underrate these teams and get our asses handed back to us

Don't get me wrong, I'm really flattered by your undying and unhealthy obsession with Real Madrid. But as far as the draw is concerned, and as a Barça fan, you should really be praying day and night for us to be pitted against City. Here's why:

1. We tend to get complacent when we meet the semi-final's dark horse. Last year it was Juventus and the year before we won the CL it was Dortmund. Both times we got knocked out.

2. This is City's first-ever semi-final with Guardiola Pellegrini, they couldn't be more fired up. If a team like Wolfsburg gave us a hard time, a team like City would certainly give us an even harder time.

I honestly would rather we face Barça or Bayern. That way we won't get complacent and Z will have a golden chance to finally prove his worth against an elite team in the CL. Cause let's face it, it's not that hard to reach the semi-final through Roma and Wolfsburg.

tbh i don't like a home and away match against Barcelona, we tend to have better matches against them when it's a one-legged tie.

My preference for the semi final out of the remaining teams:

Benfica (if they eliminate Bayern)
City
Bayern
Barcelona
Atletico
