So is this 70% wage bill thing real? Can you provide some kind of link to the rules?

Nobody is disputing that. But you're the only bringing it up. Still, we have some consolation facts, 12-time richest club in the world, and the current most valuable club in the world, and the club with the highest revenues in world football.
That's how this entire thing started
Hans said Bayern AS A CLUB is better than Real Madrid AS A CLUB on every level. This includes the playing level of the first team, but also the board, finance management, coaching, etc.
You just conceded the superiority of Bayern off the pitch, so let's focus on the pitch. This year, Real lost 4-0 to Barca. Last year they lost 4-0 to Atletico Madrid (and haven't beaten them in the league since 2012-13). In the CL they were dominated by a PSG team I don't rate, barely winning.
Now that I think about, it who is the last big team Real convincingly beat?
Bayern on the other hand has swept all before them in the Bundesliga, walked through their CL group, and annihilated a good Arsenal team. In the last two years, the only "embarrassement" they've faced was against Barca but tbh that shouldn't be called an embarrassment, they were missing most of their best players and still went toe to toe with Barca for 70 minutes. In the end Messi decided it, which I'm sure you know plenty about.
Since you clearly don't watch Bayern I won't talk about how well they're playing or how convincing these wins have been. But looking purely at the results, how can you justify saying Real is on the same level? Bayern has swept all before them, won multiple trophies, and beaten every big team they played at full strength. Real has been humiliated multiple times and is currently third in La Liga. Bayern is the only team in the world that at full strength could challenge and maybe beat Barca. Real is not at that level and they've shown us that multiple times over the past two years.

Based on what?
Our recent win over them? our winning run? their rookie coach? or their third place achievement in the league?
Of course it would be a tight game, I just get the feeling Real would have the edge. Despite Juve's winning streak the only two good teams they've played since their revival have been Roma and Inter. They weren't convincing at all against Roma, and I think the fact even we beat Inter 3-0 shows how much stock you should put in that result. Real on the other hand are unbeaten under Zidane, Benzema's in the form of his life, and seem to be back on the up. Tbh though I admit this is a close call, we'll know more just how good Juve is when they play Napoli and more importantly Bayern.
I am no Juve fan, but Man City is probably the best EPL club and they lost twice to Juve.

With that kind of money you could probably buy the whole Belgium league and have a source of young stars for years to come.

That's actually a very good point
I don't think you were completely serious but I am. Imagine if a club bought the entire first team of the top 5 teams in the Belgian, Brazilian, Dutch, etc leagues and then immediately loaned them all back? Whenever the next progidy emerges you just cancel the loan and bam. Why not?

They're not the best now, that would be Leicester
But Real would comfortably wipe the floor with any team in the PL tbh, beating Man City doesn't mean much.
