nah it's always going to be a juggernaut

the generation that started with COD 4 grew up and probably lost interest but the next generation would have started out on dat COD kick a couple of years ago

the cycle never ends

although it was curious that it was only 20 pounds 2 months after release on a lot of sites

It has dropped off tbf, mainly because gaming as a whole has got bigger which spreads the sales around.

CoD in it's prime dominated completely, both Battlefront and Fallout were above 10m which never happened in MW2 era. Also i wouldn't be surprised if MGS and Witcher are close to 10m at this point.

It's probably the best CoD game that's been released in the past 4 years. The franchise has been upgraded from shit to poop. Seriously, though.. it's a solid game with a very good zombie mode that they obviously put a lot of work into. But it's still futuristic poop, and if you master the hover ability, you've mastered half of the game. I hear kids are investing in controllers with paddle sticks, just to gain aerial advantage in poop ops 3 rofl

BO3's zombies is almost a completely different mode from the original zombies mode. You need to do a bunch of crap in order to advance, and there are more types of enemies and weapons. They've added more story and complexity to it.

zombie gimmick wore off on me fast but i did enjoy it on WAW

my fav COD since I had a crew I played with every day for about 6 months

maps were GOAT on it, only issue was gun diversity, was basically

Nah they do. Infinity Ward in their prime were as big a name, if not even bigger than Halo Bungie, which is no surprise since they made the legendary COD4 ffs.

Without IW COD wouldn't have become as big as it is now.
