Re: Congratulations to Bayern Munchen for winning Bundesliga 2015/16
The thing where you are wrong is this.
You insinuate with the 'league cup' quip that our players don't care so much about the league.
If they didn't care, they wouldn't work as hard to win every single game, and thus wouldn't win it so clearly and consistently.
Because they do though and win it so clearly and consistently, you guys assume they care about it as little as the league cup.
Wrong thinking.

If Bayern walk the CL this year, what would that say about the other leagues then?

Nothing.
Each league is different from the next one, let alone league competition being different from the CL

nothing cos its not like they're winning the CL times in a row and signing players from rival CL teams. that said, if i were a bayern fan i'd be happy with the wins. i mean every fan wants their team to win over and over and over again. no need to justify good results, unless you feel a bit guilty about pulverizing the "competition". the wolfsburg, leverkusen, dortmund et al fans are the ones who should be upset that their teams are being counted out and considered spineless with respect to bayern's dominance
as far as this thread goes, another great comic relief section. got some good laughs with the comments. thanks all. "you can never ever lose your sense of humor, without it you've got nothing".....and congratulations to bayern on wrapping up the title

Pep.
You can try to diminish him as much as you want, but it's not easy to win 3 bundesliga in a row. Recent past coaches have repeatedly fail to win more than 1.
Also, and more amazingly, Bayern has one all official games this season except Bundesliga super cup. Most in form team without a doubt.

They have such unfair edge for Europe, not only do they have much less games than teams in Spain, England or Italy, there's zero competition in the national league. So they can rest their laurels the whole year, to give it all in 7 games in Europe.
If I were Uefa I would actually ban German teams from Europe, or at least made them play with added 10kg weights.

Again.
You get the IMPRESSION that we can 'rest our laurels the whole year' because we win almost every game.
However, we win almost every game precisely because we do NOT rest our laurels. Because there's no way you can be this consistent without 100% focus, work rate and committment.
So once again us working so hard leads people to conclude we don't have to work so hard.
Surprising lack of logical thinking for someone prouding himself on exactly that.

You asked the same question last two season too.
Bundesliga need to buy a top team, this October wrapping up is frankly disgusting and unfair advantage for Bayern in CL.
Re: Congratulations to Bayern Munchen for winning Bundesliga 2015/16
Everyone works hard, Bayern doesn't work harder than the rest. So it doesn't affect the lack of games edge, to the Europe.Hapless_Hans wrote:Harmonica wrote:They have such unfair edge for Europe, not only do they have much less games than teams in Spain, England or Italy, there's zero competition in the national league. You could argue it is an disadvantage as well tbh, while other teams are involved it hotly competitive title races Bayern are resting their players and they are not as battle hardened as some others.
That isn't their fault though.

now this is just ridiculous. so what happens when the other teams pick up? the ban gets lifted? c'mon. and there's no unfair edge. yes bayern are absolutely pillaging the league, but its not like they're playing against division 4 teams, they still have to exert energy to play those games and play in europe. when celtics and rangers were pillaging spl with less games, nobody called it unfair advantage in ucl (granted they had less talent). when lyon was winning 7 straight ligue un nobody said unfair advantage
nothing new about bayern dominating at home, its been going on for a while, with certain teams stepping up occasionally. although this may be the first time they've closed out the title in early october. i actually thought it will be wrapped up by november or christmas at the least. but i guess they had other plans

Your point is demonstrably false.
Because it's been precisely the point when we had wrapped up the league and our players thought they could relax a little (i.e. the winter break), when our performances dropped in the last two seasons.
We got worse in Bundesliga and CL simultaneously, relaxing in Bundesliga didn't give us an edge in CL at all, on the contrary.
This is very easy to see and understand. You're showing yourself to be a pretty lazy thinker tbh.

Re: Congratulations to Bayern Munchen for winning Bundesliga 2015/16
That's bayerns players fault though.
You saw how Madrid players looked like at the end of the past two season.
Give me Bayer's level lesser match experience over the cant even walk squad we have in April. Playing 3 games in a week and 2 games in a week is wastly different imo.

Potential Games For Top Teams
Spain 49
England 49
Italy 44
Germany 41
8 games, that's ridiculous edge compared to teams from Spain and England, when there's so little rest anyway nowadays.

Hm. So why don't the other leagues cut the number of games then? Could it be related to money?

There's more quality teams. Bundesliga should promote 2 more teams, and make the cup two legged.rwo power wrote:Hm. So why don't the other leagues cut the number of games then? Could it be related to money?
