Re: -| Blast From The Past | Former Players Thread| -
we cannot blame ALEGRI why players get old
in football you want to have players around 24-27 years old because that age is when the players peak , they are physically good and they have enough experience to win the games
JUVENTUS has 22 years old players on the most important roles: CF, SS, AM, CM
JUVENTUS also have players more than 28 years old
most of the times you don't want a player +28 years old on the team , because if you remember TREZEGUET, CAMORANESI and lots of players that was almost always injury when they got +28 years old they did not play too much with RAINERI, FERRARA,
so you don't really want to have players +28 years old on the team unless there is a really special case like BUFFON, PIRLO, DEL PIERO,
and you don't really want to have players under 24 years old on the team, unless they are extremely talented like POGBA
however, when you have no money to spend on players on their peak-performances you may have to sacrifice
JUVENTUS is back to FERRARA days
maybe it will not be as bad as FERRARA days, because our 22' years old look too much talented but still there is a mix of too old with too young

Good for him, Serie A was never a good place for him to begin with.

WHY did JUVENTUS surrender on COMAN?
My friends are always keep asking me this question, I believe JUVENTUS made a good decision there
JUVENTUS has its own ways how they win the games
they have their own way how they play football
1. THE FIRST STRIKER
2. THE SECOND STRIKER
3. THE THIRD-STRIKER ( TREQUARTISTA )
COMAN could not really do FIRST, SECOND, THIRD,
so I think it was a good decision to sacrifice him and maybe we get that 25 million and spend on a player we need, instead of changing our way how we play football, and go 4-3-3 or whatsoever,
instead we can get that 25 million and we spend it on a THIRD-STRIKER, an ASSIST-SPECIALIST
that "TREQUARTISTA" who makes the game "EFFORTLESS"

There was no place for him in this team, he went in a league where there's a lot of space for wingers, teams don't defend like a bunker in WWII and he has the coach who is known for developing wingers

@devi
Exactly!! We dont need to try too hard to make it work, he goes there and It is a different league, clubs play different way which it may suit to COMAN and that is really cool, because everyone becomes happy and we get 25 million which is good for everyone

Why do you think Deschamps left coaching Juve after taking us back to Serie A?

the problem is that different coaches have different Strengths
some are better with MOTIVATION
some are better with TRANSITION of the team
I would like to keep ALEGRI until our U22 players become like 24 years old than I would bring back CONTE
I think Deschamps has finished his mission same like Conte has finished his mission so he flee away

Hhmmm I see. Allegri at this point only proved that he is good at winning with a team full of proven players.

than why did CONTE flee away?
it is because he didn't want to deal with U22 players and keep losing the games, so ? better run away as a hero like Mourinho does before the team gets in trouble

Guys, if you don't know, 2 players who played with Juve in Serie B in 2006 are playing against Milan now. Milan VS Crotone.
