Straight swap Verratti for Arda Turan will improve them big time imo.

They should buy Llorente to probably replace Ibra if he leaves, Griezmann would be a nice catch for Lavezzi replacements and get Lloris. They should seriously considering offloading David Luiz. Di Maria, Reus, Hummels, De Bruyne, Pogba would be nice additions as well (Obviously not all of them but potential targets to look at).

They've been strongly linked with Siquiera for LB too.Although Juventus is interested in him as well and are pushing to close the deal soon.
