Positional play my arse and everyone seems to be happy that Di Maria was dropped in favour of scrubs like Young and Fellaini who Moyes was hated for playing
Excellent PR work tbf to him, Man Yoo fans are to the point where they would like his shit if he asked
Yea winning the bundesliga and taking Bayern to a cl final is nothing. Taking the Dutch to the semis when people didn't expect them to get out of the group is also nothing.
Strong logic.
strong everything.

I cant stand here and let you disrespect ramos, man yoo and and van gaal like that. obviously this would be a masterstroke deal for them, signing a world class player in his prime. sure they are losing a good gk, but lloris is on the way, and he is just as good. at the end of the deal, man yoo are a better team. yes or yes?

Most of all it had to do with Liverpool disgracefully bottling it against Hull and West Brom

Decidedly yes.
Moreover, Man Utd are getting ready to attack the CL again.
If you think of La Decima, three names come to mind.
Di Maria, Ramos, Bale. They made it happen.
Two done, one more to go, and winning the CL is the likely outcome.
Coolly analytical, impressively determined no nonsense approach by Utd tbh.

don't start that again. but yes. most of it was down to Liverpool having a bad season. im sure I read that the points tally from man u this season would have seem them come 7th last season.Hapless_Hans wrote:Unique wrote:he did get them in the top 4. even if it was more to do with others being badGreat Leader Sprucenuce wrote:Van Gaal is a moron

Woody especially seems hellbent on proving those wrong who accused him of 'not being able to deliver' big signings after that first Moyes summer.
The fact they're losing De Gea, their bestest player and top 3 world class goalie, to Real, has stoked that complex so they need to save face by taking a big name player away from Real (aka overpaying for another Real player that can't get his wage demands met by Real).
True. We need to accept Madrid are on a different level. This just makes us look desperate.

Re: Ramos demands to leave Madrid
lol GL is confusing. jibers is 100% Man United, the rest is jokes.
btw jibers were you joking when you once said Smalling was the only CB you rate (or something along those lines)?
Because I think Smalling looked great beginning of this year and should be made a part of the Utd spine.

Great Leader Sprucenuce wrote:I know but the team success thing doesn't really apply to Valdes as the worst they got they better he got
His best season was his last season where he carried them defensively making one on one save again and again... They were 6 points clear in La Liga when he got injured and quite frankly looked in a good place in the CL.
Then it all fell apart, I understand what you are getting at but it doesn’t really apply to Valdes considering his best season was the season when everybody claimed they were the worst Barca in a decade.
It seems that we do agree just on different points.
Honestly top 4 in the PL is nothing to brag about, winning the PL atm is nothing about either for that matter.

Hi, Linetty. I've posted this several times but I'll post it again, I'm a man of many clubs. I started supporting United and Bayern when they played the cl final in 99, the match captivated me and since then I haven't looked back. I started supporting Chelsea when Mourinho became the manager in the 04/05 season, Barcelona when Ronaldinho joined and dribbled his way into my heart and Madrid when they stopped Leverkusen from winning the cl.
The De Gea transfer doesn't affect me as he would move to a club I love more than my own family. In fact, I've never been sad a football fan because no matter who loses, I win.
Every match day is like Christmas for me. Last year my team won La Decima, this year we won the treble. I couldn't be any happier (:

Cant decide whether this in entirety is sarcasm or not. But at least the parts in bold is the thing that ultimately matters at the end of the day irrespective of the fact whether he said it jokingly or not.
A back line consisting of say
valdes/or a new keeper, New RB, ramos, smalling and shaw is better in the overall scheme of things to a backline of
ddg, Ne rb, smalling, jones and shaw.
And people will need to look this as a one off deal rather than a swap deal here eventhough technically itsnt, simply for the fact that ddg's value has gone down owing to various factors. And more importantly If ddg's wasnt involved in the business madrid would have said us to fk right off if we went for someone as important as ramos. Its just like ddg's the key to unlocking their consent and therefore the 50+25 (ddg) for ramos argument in this context is not true. Thats only applicable when a player is on transfer list. Here ramos was/is indispensable for madrid.
But having said all that would have gone for Otamendi if I got to choose from one of them.
