alfred, its hard to explain how wonderful it feels to see Xavi and Iniesta holding a trophy together.

I had wished it would be the UCL trophy but at that time I was not aware that Xavi is leaving. This is a topic that I am keeping for another day but considering that today it had to be Xavi lifting the trophy alone.

Xavi lifting the UCL 2015 trophy will forever be an iconic moment for us Barca fans.

So it's now a no brainer that Lionel Messi will win the Ballon D'or by a record margin in 2015 but I want him to win the Copa America as well and make it as perfect a year as possible.

Also is there a slight possibility that both Suarez and Neymar would push Cristiano off the podium this time and make it a perfect three for Barca?

Interestingly every member of the erstwhile holy trinity (MESSI XAVI INIESTA) won their fourth UCL tonight but none of the other players have been with us since as long back as 2006.

So while this may be the Messi-Suarez-Neymar team this era is the Messi-Xavi-Iniesta era and unfortunately the curtains have just come down on it.

We're the undisputed favorites, if we don't win the CA it would be a travesty. That being said we are in a transition year with Martino, so anything can happen.

I agree completely. I believe if the world cup were this year Argentina would have won it but we must win the Copa America. Let's hope Messi does not have to end his career without any major international trophy.

Did you know that the same Jose Mourinho who a few years back said Cristiano is better than Messi said a few weeks back that any team in the top four of the EPL would have won the UCL with Messi in it? Surely he wouldn't make the same claim for Cristiano or would he!
