Re: Hull City v Liverpool
It seems our game plan in attack is "let's hope someone manages to dribble past two defenders and that creates a chance". Brilliant stuff.
At least there's the Europa League qualification excitement now left to keep the final games interesting.

Re: Hull City v Liverpool
Okay so that's that. A shit match deserves a shit post match rant.
Mignolet was superb as usual. Johnson sucks, Sell him.
Skrtel and Lovren were both decent. No problems there either.
Can was torrid, He can't play full back. Atmost he can play RCB or LCB of a 5 man defense. Its time to get him back in midfield, We are playing with his career atm imo.
Henderson went missing again today in midfield. I was very disappointed in him, He's supposed be there while attacking as well as defending. But sadly its been the case of him leaving his position open while defending as he fails to track back until Can is massacred which happens a lot nowdays.
Allen was brilliant tonight, He does his job so well. MOTM.
Ibe was a generic winger, So predictable. BR needs to talk to him.
Sterling was ok.
Coutinho is like literally the only attacking outlet in this team, Every single time we pass and hope he does something unreal. Its so sad and frustrating. He switches off and we dont play well.
Balo needs to be binned, I would rather have Lambert as a striker. Dont need some half arsed lazy striker who doesnt even know basics of defending corners.

Hull winning was so obvious.
We are a team completely done. Rodgers is a dead man walking imo...this has the feeling of 2011/12 season end games.
I think QPR will do us too. just like Wigan beat us at Anfield that season.

btw...I feel so bad for Can. He's been such a sacrificial lamb.
How can a player expected to perform when he changes positions 3-4 times every FREAKING match.

Re: Hull City v Liverpool
Honestly, everything about the club disgusts me at the moment. Rodgers the pleb, I can't even look at that man anymore.
Can't beat VIlla, WBA, and Hull in the 3 of the most important matches of the season Rodgers and the shit players deserve a beating, not just a sacking for that.

Also, can we take a minute to talk about the goal we conceded? Three to four players UNMARKED.

Re: Hull City v Liverpool
The three unmarked players were offside. That's what I don't like about this offside rule, you can still play the ball into the area where players are offside, but someone can still sneak in from an onside position to score. It's unfair on defenders, because on one hand you're correctly playing attackers offside, but on the other hand you still have to worry about that area.

Re: Hull City v Liverpool
It definitely is a strange rule that you can have a number of players offside as long as the one with the ball isn't in a situation like that. You have to think those players offside are still affecting the play.

Re: Hull City v Liverpool
No Pooi, Everyone but Balotelli did their job. All the 3 players were offside, Except Dawson who Balotelli played onside because he was not arsed to get back quick enough. Had he got back even Dawson would have been offside.
