Ok doesn't matter, but my god were we wasteful, players clearly enjoying themselves too much, which in a game like this is good thing I think.
Nobody really put amazing performance, the chances and result were mostly from the tactical edge.

Saurez and Pedro needs to spend an hour squaring the ball off.. cant believe how much they squible it up when it comes to sqauring it off during a 2v1 situation

Not an overly great performance.Not very patient with the ball in the first half.Looked like Counterattackcelona.
We only looked comfortable after they went a man down.
The penalty taking duties need to be revisited.Messi looks very poor right now.In a crunch CL game we need someone who will put the ball in.Messi looks really shaky right now.I think we need to look at giving Neymar the duty.

Alex do you honestly see LE telling Messi that anyone else will take the penalties? I agree in a meritocracy Messi has lost the privilege of taking pens, but not even Pep would have the balls to do that.

Yeah its very odd what is happening this season. He was never fantastic at them but I never thought he was as bad as this season. It's a shame transfermarkt no longer produces penalty stats because I'd like to take a look at his conversion rate over the seasons.

Its not odd.By now all keepers know his style.They know he likes to wait till the last moment before deciding which way he wants to go.So now keepers dont dive early.They delay right till the moment he takes his kicks.Messi gets confused and the result is a weak and easily savable penalty.
Needs to change approach.Just premediate a direction,run up fast and go low and hard in that direction.
