Even if it's not true, the number must be close to that. Since 2009, Barca beat Arsenal twice or thrice. Madrid beat Spurs and Man Utd. Atletico beat Chelsea last year Barca beat City last year too and Chelsea on semis in 09. I only remember Di Matteo Chelsea beating Barca which explains the one loss.

Mostly Barca tbh, they have played English teams constantly in recent years and no English team has been anywhere near Barca in recent years. (Chelsea has with the right game plan but that's it)

March 2009, while not I'm remotely accurate would be possibly the R16 return leg which would coincide with Liverpool beating Real Madrid 4-0 (5-0 on aggregate). However, the quarter finals of that year was Villareal Arsenal. First leg ended 0-0 and Arsenal won 3-0 in London.
