Tonight’s WWE RAW Reunion special takes place from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

Full time Superstars advertised for tonight include John Cena, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, Daniel Bryan, Kane, and Big Show. The arena is advertising a Lumberjack Match between Cena and Rollins.

Legends returning for tonight’s RAW Reunion include Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Razor Ramon, Kevin Nash, Sean Waltman, Billy Gunn, Ron Simmons and Jimmy Hart. Other Legends are expected to appear as well.

WWE is focusing on the following points for tonight’s show, which is the final RAW before the Royal Rumble pay-per-view:

* What do the Legends have in store for RAW?

* Will Brock Lesnar exact vengeance against Seth Rollins?

* Is Dean Ambrose his own worst enemy?

* Will The Authority heap even more obstacles onto Daniel Bryan?

* Will Roman Reigns and Big Show clash once again before the Royal Rumble Match?

Speaking of Kevin Nash, I am not the only one who is seeing Roman Reigns being the new Diesel.

Think about it. Huge monster of a guy who has the insane potential to run rampant on the main event scene and capture a few titles. He doesn't have that oozing of charisma that say a Rocky, Hogan or Cena has. But he damn sure has a presence, and even when he gets on the mic, he still has a confidence and insane ego about him. He needs to be a pure bad ass, who doesn't really need his words tooooo much.
Think of Diesels typical entrance too, a slow, nonchalant, cocky walk to the ring.

Plus, a very typical moveset of a guy for his size. A brawler, who highlights his fists. Nothing crazy and out there, but he's a great guy for smaller guys to face off against who have bigger move sets too.

And a nice coincidence, famous for being the big guy in a famous 3-person trio.

I think this might be the best description of what Reigns is capable of, rather then a John Cena / Hulk Hogan type. What do you think? Am I crazy?

I've been jokingly saying this for months now, but it's starting to become surprisingly accurate: the WWE is copying their formula from 20 years ago.

'94: Bret Hart (the smaller guy made famous for his technical wrestling) closes out Mania 10 with a feel good championship celebration after having two matches in one night.
'14: Daniel Bryan (the smaller guy made famous for his technical wrestling) closes out Mania 30 with a feel good championship celebration after having two matches in one night.

'95: Vince decides that he wants Diesel (a powerhouse brawler known for his "tall, dark, and handsome" good looks and long, flowing hair) to be the next face of the company over Hart, so he pushes him to the moon.

We need a new Shawn Michaels to save us hmm

Nah, he lost his way from being seen as the new Diesel.
Before the promos? Maybe, but I've never got a the cool, bad-ass vibe from Roman, like you did with Nash.

Reigns is actually good. He had good matches on NXT and also had 2 great matches with Rollins recently. His recent Disney promos were confirmed by multiple people to be scripted by Vince so he appeals to kids. Hie is much better when he talks naturally. He is potential face of WWE material but right now his push is so forced. Wrestlemania 31 is too soon for him. He is being pushed to get over rather than being over to get pushed. This is like making Cena the WWE Champion in Wrestlemania 20 rather than the US Champion or making Austin champion in Wrestlemania 13 instead of putting him in the match with Hart. Let him have a more organic rise for one more year instead of shoving him down our throats already ffs. He should face Rusev and beat his undefeated streak and be US Champion instead of being WWE Champion.

WWE’s current plan is for Bo Dallas to make his return in the 30-man Royal Rumble main event later this month.

It was announced on November 3rd that Bo suffered a foot injury and would be out of action for 6-8 weeks.

There’s also been a heavy push within WWE for Diamond Dallas Page to be a surprise entrant in the Rumble this year and he’s expected to be in the match.

“Fired” WWE Superstars Dolph Ziggler, Ryback and Erick Rowan are in Dallas, Texas for tonight’s WWE RAW Reunion special.

It has not been confirmed that the three will be appearing on RAW but it’s expected that all three will be in the 30-man Royal Rumble main event so tonight could be when WWE does an angle to bring them back.

We noted before that Billy Gunn is confirmed for tonight’s WWE RAW Reunion special and that his partner “Road Dogg” BG James may be appearing for a New Age Outlaws reunion.

Word is that this may not be a one-time return for The Outlaws and they may be returning to WWE TV for a quick program with Konnor and Viktor of The Ascension.

The idea behind the feud would be to get The Ascension “ready” and over.

Ziggler goes mental, has a mad run and gets screwed by some form of authority, maybe even Kane a la last year when he was eliminated, and dragged Punk out which funnily enough was Punks last ever contribution.

There’s talk that Sheamus may return to action at tomorrow night’s WWE SmackDown tapings in Austin, Texas.

The idea is that Sheamus returning on SmackDown would be a way to promote the move to Thursday nights.

We’ve noted that WWE may be bringing Sheamus back as a heel and it looks like they’re sticking to that plan.

Randy Orton has been pulled from listings for this weekend’s WWE live events but is still being advertised, including in new ads, for the 30-man Royal Rumble main event on Sunday. Orton is also still being advertised for next week’s RAW in Hartford and SmackDown in Boston.

AJ Lee is backstage at tonight’s WWE RAW in Dallas. We noted before that AJ has been scheduled to return at this weekend’s WWE live events in her home state of New Jersey but it’s possible she returns early on RAW tonight.

There has been a lot of speculation about Sting appearing on tonight’s WWE RAW Reunion show from Dallas because Sting lives there and he’s due for an appearance to further his WrestleMania 31 feud with Triple H.

As of 5pm EST, all of the top stars for tonight’s show were backstage but Sting was not. If he were to make his RAW debut tonight, it’s likely that he would be kept hidden until it was time to come out.

One name who is backstage for tonight is Sheamus. We noted earlier that he may be making his return at this week’s SmackDown tapings.
