Anyone here saw The White Bird in Blizzard ?

I personally was disappointed with the film. Gregg Areki's Mysterious Skin which catapulted JGL into the limelight was one of the best films I have seen like ever. And when it came out that he is once again doing a film adaptation of a book and has cast Shaeilene Woodley and Eva Green for it, the expectation rose like ten fold. But sadly when i finally saw it, it was underwhelming big time.
Shailene Woodley btw is way overrated I realized after watching the film. The Kristen Stewart of intellectuals.

my score/rating for the film 6 out of 10.

Selma is much like Lincoln in a way that it tells a story rather to educate and not really put much cinematic or emotional edge to the story.

As a result I didn't enjoy it that much.

LB, Freeze, or anyone that has seen Enter the Void, does it end with the cry of a baby because I just quickly skimmed through the movie. Ending seemed abrupt, no credits.

Annabelle 6/10. decent horror flick. Had some good creepy moments.

Nowhere Safe. 1/10. Gaaarrbagge! About cyber bullying. Girl and mom leaves town after girl gets shamed on social media. Girl settles in new town till her past catches up with her.

yea it does.

there are no end credits. The opening credits though are GOAT. Check it out man.

btw you have to watch that film in the best possible copy you can find. Its a visual magnum opus and for us to obtain the maximum arousal it has to perfect i mean the print. Noe took vfx to a whole new level. so at least a 720p is like the minimum requirement.

Brah don't worry, got that 720p, hook it up to mah LED tv and then I got bliss.

For those who know about BMS, Blue Mountain State the Movie is said to appear this spring.

It actually has to different plots on internet.

btw in that case (watching on tv) make sure nobody else sees it okay, its highly graphic, the sex scenes and all and theres plenty of them too ..lol.. as you can expect from a typical Gaspar Noe movie.

yea.. But if you have got the equipment use it. Bigger the screen, greater the e****ion. Maximize the experience as much as you can. Reward will be Big Bliss. lol..

btw I stumbled across Winding Refn's Pusher today. Its first part, from the popular trilogy. And as usual, its an excellent film. Nicolas Winding Refn is the real deal.  Cant wait to watch the second and 3rd now.
