I knew our defense would eventually mess up against Italy. To top it off, we used a CB who I've never seen or heard of before, who only has 2 NT matches under his belt :facepalm:

It wasn't your defense, it was your midfield that couldn't hold the ball and your attack that did not attack I think Norway had one shot on goal and Italy had 9 and overall shots were 23 to 3. Your goalkeeper made some excellent saves and your defense blocked a lot of shots.

I'm interested in seeing Italy's front 3 (or 2) for the Euros, don't know what Conte is planning since he's mixing it up every now and then with the players, but Eder has playing well so far, which is nice.

If Insigne continues this form, i think we'll see something like Insigne--Eder--Candreva or some such other similar frontline

Ah, ok. I didn't even watch the game since I had other things to do at the time, but I figured our makeshift defense would lead to our demise. Our inability to attack is mostly due to our coach playing anti-football. I read that our captain was taken off after the first half as a precaution, since he received a knock to his leg in the previous match. I'm guessing our midfield fell apart after that?

Dont know where it is from. But i just read it on a swedish website. Says that Denmark are happy to have got sweden. Maybe the team is more professional than their u21 counter part but the media seems to have not learnt

Wouldve preferred Norway as i think their style of play is optimal for us. Denmark and we have a great rivarly and in recent years Denmark have had the upper hand in head to head. I shudder to think what Eriksen will do to our defence but at the same time i think Zengin will have a lot of joy on his side. We will see

Tbh our defence can make CBs look like WC attackers. Dreadful defenders we have. Our defence retired with Mellberg. We have some good prospects in the u21 team but Hamren is refusing to even acknowledge them (unfortunately that will be his downfall). At least he has stopped playing Seb Larsson and Jonas Olsson, thank fcking god

Yeah, I always root for the nordic countries to advance, and it would've been perfect if all of them did. As a rule of thumb, everything is usually about 1.5x as expensive here, as compared to Sweden. Snus costs 3-4x as much here. It's a damn expensive habit Sad
