If someone could teach him 1v1 then we'd be set.
Based on this match I would not agree, his problems were far more than those 1v1 he missed.
He was wasteful in possession, making the wrong decisions all the time. You could see Hazard was furious with his link-up play and for a large period in the game just decided to ignore him. He didn't help much defensively either, always casual in closing down the defender when he rarely did while Lacazette on the other end was consistently involved in winning the ball back. He also seemed a few seconds behind everyone else on the pitch.
But having watched him many times since his debut at Madrid, I would put this performance as a one off. Certainly the worst performance I've seen from him, like ever.

Truly fantastic hype job by yours truly, still waiting for my cut on the deal, would not have been possible without me
Yeah because Conte and the Chelsea board spend their free time browsing GL and making gifs of Chad.

Madrid and Juve legend, about to get benched by PL proven Peter Crouch, 12 years his senior. WATTBA.

Re: Morata is finished
It's his fault cuz he keeps diving. I told you before it's his weakness, he falls to easily. Now he has like 8 yellow cards and some reds because he keeps diving. Conte is getting fed up with the diving imo.

Re: Morata is finished
Conte doubts whether or not he will even play again this season
Maybe he isnt physically cut out for the premier league.

He should come back to Madrid, PL don't deserve him, they can have Benz instead

Your n1 is a washed up DM m8, if Borini and Andy Carroll was at your club they would be n1s.

The first half of your sentence is true. The second half is, however, incorrect. No one, no matter how good they are, would be picked ahead of Benzema for the CF position as long as Zidane is in charge.

Morata is back up level striker, at best, for Chelsea.

He will come around. The talent is there,we all have seen that. If he cant then he will go down as a perfect talent who couldnt make it because of lack of mental strength. Didnt know determination like in FM is an important attribute until i watched Morata.
Re: Morata is finished
what do you guys think his next club is gonna be? Conte is wasting his talent at Chelsea, he will go this summer.

Even though i am a fan , starting to think he doesnt have the mentality to be an elite striker
The talent is there but he aint stepping up.

He actually started the season very well but his form just tanked completely. Looked decent early on, his link-up play was nice. Not sure what happened.

Re: Morata is finished
Similar pattern at Juve. Starts well, sulks and then struggles to pick himself up. The most annoying thing is how easily he goes down.
He'd be an amazing supersub for any elite team but as a starter, not so sure.

He has 0 mentality. He is always coasting. Needs a mental coach like Bonucci or Luis Alberto to wake up and compete like a proper athlete.

Re: Morata is finished
Nah, we have Diego Costa in his place. At this moment Aspas and Rodrigo are also ahead of Morata.
Look the kid was not satisfied playing behind Benzema, wanted to prove he could be a starter. He had his chance and blew it! Maybe now, he can settle into the idea that he can be a backup, which is where he has had success both at club and seleccion.
By the way, I understand Mariano was also a consideration! I suspect he may also be ahead of Morata at this point.
