If Neymar comes to Real Madrid for 45m, I will have a good chuckle. Neymar has shone nothing except that he can do fancy footwork and tricks in a league that is filled with teams who wouldn't make Liga Adelante.

Did you see how open and vulnerable LA Galaxy looked? That's pretty much every team in Brazil.

Neymar will become the biggest flop after Bebe if he comes to Spain. Eaten alive by the likes of Real Betis and Osasuna.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks Neymar would still have a lot to prove if he came over to the Real Madrid. I think my concerns are warranted.

I think it a bit harsh to liken his abilities to Bebe, he is clearly a better player but for between 35-45mil I would have someone more proven over someone with a lot of media hype.

The eternal question: is Neymar going to emerge out of the hype in the coming years to become the next Ronaldinho or the next Robinho? Not to say Robinho has had a bad career, just that he never quite lived up to his potential.

You never know, you just try. My fear is if Barca tries him and he succeds. It will only bring issues to us. Money isn't our problem, we could just buy him for the sake of Barca not getting him honestly.

According to Balague, there is a super agreement between Santos and RM, for the player, just as EC reported, and there is no backtracking, Neymar will be a RM player now and by january (or summer i hope)

It's actually the only issue, the date at which he will join the squad. let's disregard the smoke screen from barca, they arent getting him. if we sign him now, we will pay 45M, but as Ganso said, the value would go down next summer.
