Speaking of the World Cup, WWE's website has an article up about how Rey Mysterio's mask inspired the designers of the Adidas jerseys that Mexico's players will be wearing this year. Rey commented:

"Soccer runs in my blood. When you talk about Mexican culture, it's wrestling and soccer. I didn't know anything about it until my father told me. I didn't believe it. He showed me the video and I thought somebody had made it up. I felt incredibly honored when I realized it was true."

The real reason Randy Orton wasn’t at Monday’s RAW is because of a collarbone injury that he suffered during his June 3rd SmackDown tapings match against Big Show.

The injury apparently isn’t thought to be too serious and Orton’s expected back on TV at this coming Monday’s RAW in Cleveland. Orton did work this past weekend’s live events.

While WWE has teased a third member of The Shield this past week, it’s said that there are currently no plans to bring a new member into the group with Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose.

Also as of this week, Seth Rollins is not going to be an official member of Evolution.

One point of discussion within WWE right now is the ring gear that Rollins will be wearing now that he’s not in The Shield.

It’s said that Vince McMahon, who still makes all the key choices in WWE, is still not completely sold on Bo Dallas, Paige and Adam Rose. Vince is reportedly not the easiest person to get to accept new people as top stars.

Rose being off RAW this week is a sign that they’re starting to cool off on his character. Apparently WWE producer Kevin Dunn recently buried Rose backstage.
