yeah no doubt it was a goal. the clubs just recently voted against a goal line technolgy proposal, for financial reasons, though both Bayern and BVB were for it.

Well, I guess they need to review that decision. AFAIK the DFL said that they could still discuss that again a bit later, and maybe then there will be a different result. After all, Wolfsburg lost out on the 4th CL spot as Leverkusen's phantom goal gave them the points to overtake the VfL in the end, too, and in a final like this, a not given goal that was actually valid is a shame, too. IMO the goal line tech actually costs less than some clubs could lose due to wrong goal decisions.
