Not better than Remy, Gouffran, Cisse or Ben Arfa. Not even better than De Jong. But if you don't count Remy and Luuk since they'll go back, then I see why you say that.
Remy and De Jong are not our players, Ben Arfa see's the pitch less than Obertan ffs and Cisse's useless.
Not only would he walk into the team he would probably be the best player lol.

That's good, because him and his agent have been dithering on this for a few months now and I was getting worried he'd for cheap or on a free next season. At least this way Sevilla will be able to command a big fee for him.

Re: 2014 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk. III
Tottenham star Sandro could leave this summer amidst Serie A interest, according to the Brazilian midfielder's agent.
The midfielder's agent, Luiz Paulo Chignall, told calciomercato.com: "The interest of Napoli and Roma? We have not had direct contacts and there have been no formal offers.
"We know that many clubs are following Sandro.
"He would like to play in Serie A, it is a very important championship but now we have to wait to know if he can leave Tottenham or not."
Chignall did not reject the notion of Sandro remaining at White Hart Lane beyond this summer however, pointing to the midfielder's relationship with the fans as a positive.
"He is very fine in London and has a great relationship with the fans, who consider him an idol," he added.
"I think that Tottenham want to keep him, but I cannot rule out that they decide to sell if there will be a good offer."

Re: 2014 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk. III
Newcastle United are on the brink of making their first permanent signing for almost 18 months with Ayoze Pérez, the Tenerife striker, set to join Alan Pardew’s development squad for £1.8m.
Although hopes are high that the prolific 20-year-old will eventually become a regular first-teamer it is felt the forward is not quite ready for Premier League football yet and will need time to adjust with Newcastle’s under-21s.
He is understood to have passed a medical on Tyneside and agreed a five-year contract but will remain with Tenerife for the final games of this season in the Segunda División, Spain’s second tier. The player, known simply as Ayoze, will be the first signing completed by Lee Charnley since his promotion to Newcastle’s managing director this spring.
Meanwhile, Rémy Cabella, the Montpellier midfielder, is also high on Charnley’s shopping list. Alan Pardew sees Cabella as an ideal replacement for the much missed Yohan Cabaye, who left for Paris St-Germain last January.

Ashley wouldn't sanction any bid no matter how small without extensive scouting lol.
Our scouts are actually very good and our head scout has a lot of contacts around Europe, problem is the scouts recommendations are not usually followed up with actual offers

Would legitimately piss me off if this happened unless he ended up at Roma. I was mad when they fooled around with possibly moving Capoue, if this happened I would go on a bender. Crazy considering he is probably the supporters favorite player in the squad.

Re: 2014 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk. III
this Jamie Jackson guy stenographs stuff from someone inside Utd, who's apparently talking like a waterfall to him, every day.
Doesn't matter whether it contradicts stuff they heralded the week before, it's a declarative "Manchester Utd does x y" every *bleep* day.
Pathetic journalism, the Guardian really ought to know better.
