Well, that was underwhelming. ZZZZzzzzzz
Apart from Inside and The Division, nothing else peaked my interest.
And one more thing, I hope COD goes bust. Trash game

Half of those games could've been done 10 years ago, the other half are games that were actually done 10 years ago and rebooted.
I prefer, to use your words, "the cartoon garbage" because the focus in those type of games is the GAMEPLAY, you know, the most important facet of a game and what makes the game enjoyable.
The problem with these movie-like games is that you play through them once, get them feels for 15-20 hours, then you return them to the store a few days later to get some money back to buy the next movie-like game. They lack replay value, they lack gripping gameplay that keeps you coming back for more years down the line and are barely worth their admission price.
It's nice to see MS realising that this is the GAMES industry, not the MOVIE industry, I can only handle so much of these games which have high productions values but are a chore to play through(Bioshock Infinite you POS I'm looking at you)

Trash line up and leading with COD? Just put some effort in ffs.
Microsoft starting their E3 with COD is as predictable as a rainy forecast in England.
The way they pride on this franchise, you would think it's their exclusive.

That Conker bait and switch ruined my day.. Month... Year... life..
Tim Howard could score the game winner in the World Cup Final and I still don't think that I could recover from that

Re: Electronic Entertainment Expo 2014
Replay value is nice and all but when the game is ridiculously basic in the first place the original playthrough is not worth it for me anyway
Some 2D cartoon game isn't exactly the pinnacle of 'gameplay' anyway. I'm absolutely not surprised that the majority are all severely underwhelmed, a truely boring line up.

I was thinking the same, one of their more enticing games as well.

Are you talking about The Division? If so yeah it looked boring as hell. Another Ubisoft game I won't be buying. Ubisoft need to sort out the generic feel of their games, they are a bore to play.

Re: Electronic Entertainment Expo 2014
Honest question;
Since the release of Xbox 1, has anything positive actually been done since that timeframe?
Seems just like a *bleep* of mistakes being 'righted'.

Re: Electronic Entertainment Expo 2014
Tom Evolve is actually a good game, seen extended gameplay of it.
Its made by people who made Left 4 Dead, but monsters instead of zombies.
That's on PS4 as well tho lol.

Very corny yeah
I don't care how 'smooth' it feels, that whole set up looks terrible to me and I couldn't be less interested.
