Arsenal like Bayern Munich striker Mario Mandzukic who could be available and they are in the hunt for a successor to Bacary Sagna who looks set to leave on a free transfer.

They are also looking for a long term successor to Mikel Arteta and Wenger wants to bring in a powerful player with a physical presence in midfield.

Wenger is also keeping tabs on Manchester United’s Tom Cleverley who is a target for Everton this summer but his future is now unclear with a new manager set to come in at Old Trafford.

Manchester United midfielder Shinji Kagawa is being linked with a return to Borussia Dortmund.

Kicker says BVB coach Jurgen Klopp is eager to find a new 'No10' and his priority is to bring Kagawa back from a disastrous two seasons at United.

Indeed, Klopp has told BVB directors to forget about offering him alternative midfield targets until all avenues are explored regarding the Japan international.

Any move for Kagawa will hinge on the player demanding a move from Old Trafford as BVB will not make a hostile approach for the midfield schemer.

Juventus are reviving their interest in Manchester United winger Nani.

Juve have been following the Portugal international for the past 18 months and remain in the market for a winger signing this summer.

Sportmediaset says their search has led them back to United and Nani, who penned new terms to 2018 earlier this season.

However, there is a feeling in Turin that the contract was only settled by United to maintain the player's value as they seek buyers for the midfielder.

Shaw is overpriced because he's English, and everyone knows we're desperate.

Rio Ferdinand went to Leeds for £18 mil at 21 which was a lot of money back then. After, he went for £30 mil at the age of 23 to us. We don't regret that deal. Both deals made Rio the world's most expensive defender for a period of time.

Kicker says the Switzerland international left-back is being watched by Chelsea and United leading up to the summer market.

Rodriguez is tied to Wolfsburg until 2016.

"We're happy with Ricardo and are not planning to lose him," said Wolfsburg chief Klaus Allofs.

Why are Chelsea after a leftback? Hasn't Azpi been determined to be the long term solution there?

Few reasons:
First, Azpilicueta is a RB, Ivanovic is getting older and won't be around forever so eventually Azp will have to move back to RB.

Second, Cole is rather likely to leave on a free at the end of the season, so we'll only have Azp, Bertrand and PVA at LB, Bertrand may want out and PVA more than likely isn't good enough so we need a LB.

Even if it is a back up LB for next season, hence why Moreno would be a good choice.
