 Not surprised Chelsea won today honestly, with Ibra absent, their attack just looked too rigid and because there was a lack of a connection in the final third this meant that their link up play was non-existent and their attackers were shackled and too isolated thereby causing PSG to struggle offensively.

Ibra offers so much more to PSG than his goals, when you have a player at the front who can drop deep and is able to link up play it makes a huge difference ! Because the oppositions' midfielders will either have to track this play (thereby opening space for his team mates) or he'll just confuse defenders as he gives defenders a unique situation to deal with. Additionally, when a play can drop deep and occasionally hold up the ball , this gives attackers and midfield runners the chance to get into more advanced positions thereby encouraging verticality in the final third.

As it relates to the topic , I consider Mourihno to be one of the best currently . I am unsure whether I can assertively say he's the best as Pep and Ancelotti are very good as well. What I can say is that I believe that he is the best coach psychologically and his coaching style is very effective as evidenced by his trophy haul. What he needs to improve on is quite obvious (controversy, some cases of tactical ineptitude etc.) . However, I don't see why others always try to downplay his success as it can not be done merely by the platitudinous point that he needs an abundance of money; success can be achieved through many ways but if a coach has a plan, vision, philosophy and feels he needs certain players (that are marketed at absurd and inflated prices ) to achieve his success and the board approves these ideas then it should be no problem.

tbh  yes it's  really difficult to find his former player who talks badly about him.
He is a coach very appreciated also from other adversary players ( Inzaghi,Totti , Gerrard  ,De Rossi etc ) while of course it's  different thing with journalists

just in Madrid he had some problems in this regard , but my personal idea Madrid is a particular habitat

I think that most of the players who have been coached by Mourinho love the Portoguese because he is  the typical coach that every player would love  to have, a sergeant willing to defend the group at all costs, willing to say anything to get it and it  serves as protection for the team, as well to be a motivator.

and if players who speak badly of Mourinho are  the exception ,the clear minority,  well evidently those players are the problem, not Mourinho.

when he goes out against Athletic people will say that he is overestimated
