Re: The Movie House - Part 4
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes was awesome
I'm on mobile so I don't want to spend the time typing it all out, but it was definitely better than Rise of the Planet of the Apes, and as far as summer blockbusters go and other comparable movies from this year, I found it to be better than Godzilla. I haven't seen X men days of future past though.
I can see why it's getting good reviews. Well worth a watch for anybody IMO. Also, watching Rise before it isn't necessary, though it would make the overall experience more enjoyable.

Does anyone use noobroom? for some reason it's not working any more for me. Can anyone provide any sites where I can watch movies with good reliable links. Cheers.

Re: The Movie House - Part 4
Discussing streaming site that provide illegal or otherwise shady links to movies and other programs is strictly forbidden on these forums as such transgressions can put the entire forums at risk of being shut down. Please do NOT do so. And certainly, do not use private messages to provide such links and discuss such sites. They cannot be read by the Admins and Mods and are, as the name suggests, private so it we would be completely unable to note or stop such exchanges were they to happen.

Re: The Movie House - Part 4
Always thought the admins would have some access to private messages
Anyway, I watched Blue Ruin and Match Point last night.
The former is a new thriller, suspense movie. It's quite good. And I would recommend anyone to watch it when they have some free time.
The latter is the Woody Allen movie McAgger mentioned few pages earlier.
Also good. Loved it. Never can go wrong with Scar Jo. And I loved the main character. Somehow I was always rooting for him right up until the end, even though he did a lot of morally wrong things.

Aaron Paul. Electrifying. Amazing stunts. Amazing racing. Somewhat of a clichèd story but who gives a damn! Better than Fast & Furious.
My rating: 8.1/10

All grades are between 7 and 9 for EG, so it's hard to judge if he thought it was crap

Die Welle
I'm a killer for films about political structure and dictatorships. This was all in German, so I had to turn the captions on. Unreal idea and fascinating ending. Gets your really thinking.
weird the main character is Mr.Wenger, but has nothing in common with Arsene Wenger

Let it be known that El Gunner is the youngest on the forum so naturally he will rate films that usually individuals in his age group tend to critique in their choice and technique. E.G rating Chris Nolan films above ones that are much superior or other examples but it's in actuality cultivated through time, not study.

The Rock will most likely play Shazam as his confirmed DC comics movie role.

No amount of costume could make him look below 70. Fighting Ultron with a cane.
Can they make The Rock Shazam without Billy Batson origin? Doubt anyone wants to watch the kid.

Don't know if the kid can work in a film, it's hard to make believeable, he's like 10

Well mostly because I do my homework before watching a film. I don't want to waste my time on poverty films, and if I believe a film is below 7 then I do not feel the need to post it here, unless it is a blockbuster or hyped up film.

LoL, no worries I get what you're saying. Though, if you guys take my ratings as unworthy then that would be a let down
