Re: Transfer News & Rumors Thread
I don't how much he did in the commercial side, I know Ed Woordward and Richard Arnold are very important in that aspect. Nonetheless, Michael Bolingbroke was on our board so he must have been an important person at the club. He's not doing the same job at Inter, though. You're giving him a promotion.
EDIT:
EDIT:
Michael Bolingbroke, aged 46, is the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He is responsible for ticketing, hospitality, match and non-matchday operations, club secretarial functions, property management and corporate services including finance, human resources, legal and information technology. He is also a board member of MUTV and a trustee on the board of the Club's Pension Fund. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Bolingbroke was previously the Senior Vice President, Shows at Cirque du Soleil, where he worked from March 2001 to April 2007 managing the strategy, profitability and operations of the Company's global business comprising fixed and touring shows. Prior to joining Cirque du Soleil, Mr. Bolingbroke was the Senior Vice President, Operations at the Jim Henson Company, where he worked from July 1992 to March 2001. Mr. Bolingbroke was also on the board of MUML (Manchester United Limited's joint venture partnership with Nike) from October 9, 2007 to May 25, 2010. Mr. Bolingbroke received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Reading University in 1987 and a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School in 2001. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1991.

On a serious note i think Mikel would be a good signing for you guys. Every time i have seen Mikel play for Nigeria, i am completely convinced that they are two completely different players. Even though he still has had some really good moments with us, including being pivotal player in our CL winning season.

yeah i agree he should move on. Seria A would be good for him. BTW I didnt have him in my memory till I read this post lol just shows how sparingly he is used if at all.

Re: Transfer News & Rumors Thread
I still can't believe Thohir passed on Nainggolan as his first transfer: established Serie A pedigree, Indonesian roots, and a price tag that would have been worth it ... anyway, nothing against John Obi, who I agree is a different player for Nigeria than he is for the Chels, but I'd rather see two tenacious midfield tacklers brought in to play along side Kovačić (regista) and Hernanes (mezz'ala/TQ) next season ...
the Džeko rumours were great to see for a while, but I expect they would die down now, considering how clutch he's been for City during the final stretch of their title run ...
do Inter have any close contacts at River Plate? they need to be whispering in Éder Álvarez Balanta's ear about first-team prospects in black and blue ...

Honestly, Mikel is a good midfield Tackler. I can see him doing really well for Inter.

I feel like I've been calling for Mikel for like 3 years but its now or never with him. If we don't get him this summer it won't be worth it anymore

Re: Transfer News & Rumors Thread
I think this is much possible, because Cambiasso is very very close to leave Inter . As reported by Sky Italy.
Zanetti - Cambiasso - Milito - Samuel ... all go away together..leaving aside the melancholy what do you think about it ? For me it's right Zanetti's retirement and the goodbye to Milito but I would have kept Samuel another year and probably Cambiasso too , considering also the EL

Re: Transfer News & Rumors Thread
tbh I don't think this is the real reason ... I don't think we are in economic conditions so tragic .. easier to image the negative medical exams or the Inter manager was not convinced anymore about this deal ( Nilton would depreciate if there are informations about poor physical condition and Cruzeiro can't like this , Anderlecht also is interested to him) . Anyway I can image the disappointment for this Brasilian guy, toucinhg the Inter to 27 and then losing it...
Yeah Vibe, I exagerrated with that "much" , but not so impossible.
However I think Valon Behrami will be our DM next year :S
Taken Tom Ince ,I would be enthusiasting if he proves to be strong even just the half than his father was with us (amazing mdifielder) ... but tbh I don't wait much from him .
Future capital gain in EPL if he scores in scrub EL groups anyway

lmfao my exact thoughts. He started 16 games for atletico madrid this season and received a call-up to Spain in 2013 so , I don't know, he's something different. Alvarez isn't working so it's worth a shot I'd sayzizzle wrote:I dont know how good Mario Suarez is but he cant be worse than Alvarez, or is he

Re: Transfer News & Rumors Thread
Only Robbsy has mentioned the potential Ince move. I'd be curious to know what Inter fans think about it?
He's definitely got some talent and ability, but remains largely unproven. With which players would he be competing for minutes if he were to join Inter?

Alvarez was great for us this year,I don't know what you people are on about honestly.
Lost himself towards the end when Mazzarri started switching his role, was unlucky with injuries and obviously unfit but overall one of the standout performers.

Alvarez was great in first half of season , but he did nothing in 2nd half. He suffered also Hernanes' coming for me . Good for half league tbh.

we don't have true wingers in rosters , because Mazzarri doesn't use a different lineup from 3-5-2 even to play station . so it would be a signing not easy to decipher. I don't know if he can play as SS . Surely we are going to take another CF besides him , and expert in this case, there are names as J.Hernandez or Torres . Inter fans are made curious about him because he is Paul Ince's fan and Ince is in all Inter fans' hearts , despite he remained just 2 years because his wife wanted to come back in UK then we bought Simeone in his place. who had a career as a coach enough different

Tom Ince is not half the player his dad was, I fear he's only got this move because of his name

well it 's normal , it's not easy to be also just the half of The Governor Paul Ince he was also a great captain of England, I remind Italy- England 1998 in Rome, impressive leadership.
his favouirte player is Giggs, the former teammate of Paul . infact we bought his father from Manchester United...then after Inter he finished to ... ehm Liverpool (despite 206 match with Manchester United ) as you know better than me.
I wanted to see Ince as player this year to Palace, I didn't know about interest by Inter of course but because I was curious about the Paul's son but never played under Pulis . And I don't watch the Championship.
Lastly this image circulates between Inter sites, it doesn't bode well for the future
