Buffon had a poor confed cup (Lol)
Started the season shakily but now he's pulling off mad saves and has just beaten his previous record of minutes without conceding. He's also had plenty of shots to stop, before anybody pulls the whole 'Defence infront of him is perfect B.S'
I had my doubts about him after the start of the season, but overall his 2013 has been a very good one
As for Iker, he's not even 1st choice... wtf is that. Weidenwhatever should be in the mix.

Perhaps it's a typo? They might have meant Casilla, who is Espanyol's keeper and has been bossing it this season.
Also Buffon is not what he once was but still makes amazing saves regularly, like during Juve's last match.

Either way, there's no way that Courtois is a top 5 keeper in the world. He's not even top 3 in la liga alone. His long shot game needs a lot of work

Courtois has saved Atleti multiple times this and last season. Most notably the copa final where he saved everything from long shots to possible tap ins. HE won them that game not their players because we tore them to pieces
If Atleti was anything as talked about as the other big clubs he would undoubtedly be up there with them possibly the best. Neuer makes alot of mistakes and it doesn't tend to get talked about whereas Courtois makes all these saves and wins trophies with Atleti yet isn't rated by anyone other than those who watch Atleti week in week out

Neuer makes mistakes because he takes quite some risks.
