Maybe, not sure.

Messi is dangerous and accurate with his left, even if he rarely overpowers the goalie.

RVP has a incredible shot, but we dont see it much anymore because he plays like a real 9 as opposed to a second striker like he used to.

Kroos can really let fly from distance.

Probably more candidates, those guys just came to mind first.

Messi is the most clinical I think

Ibra seems to be the most versatile, he has so many techniques and can score from the most positions with a shot.
