Serie A is just as meaningless for people who don't follow it Laughing... which are just as many since Ligue 1 actually has more worldwide distribution on TV than Serie A now.

irrelevant to you Laughing Just as Serie A is irrelevant to most people outside of Italy.

Only thing most footy fans care about unless they follow a club is great players... they watch for the quality of game and the players. Since there are very few stars in Serie A now, few non-fans pay attention.

I mean, all the top games in L1 are shown in Russia now too, which is a first. South Americans pay attention because there are so many of their players on PSG now. CHina and the US watch because its shown on TV.

Sucks to be "has beens" Serie A fans... but that's what your league is becoming.

So basically Serie A at it's worst is still slightly better than Ligue 1 at it's best?Give us some numbers unless you are pulling that info out of your ass...

Italian football is on the rise anyway.Fresh projects like Napoli,Roma,Fiorentina and now Inter under new ownership added to Juventus who have already re-established themselves as a top club will attract more and more attention as they gradually improve.Financial situation is getting sorted and only thing fresh about PSG is players they buy from Serie A,and those bids will slowly start getting rejected as oil money from greasy hands will no longer be a necessity.

I personally loved Ligue 1 before oil and ironically PSG was my favorite club.It was much better watching Pauleta score goals than Ibra the mercenary.

Seria A is a dying league whereas France is gaining much popularity, I usually disagree with Sports but in a couple of years we may see France overtake Seria A
plus isn't Seria A the feeder league for France?
