According to these more relevant ratings of European clubs, in European Cups Real Madrid is no. 1 and AC Milan is no. 2 and in the even more relevant rating (total cups) AC Milan is no. 1 and Barcelona is no. 2.

In terms of countries Spain and Italy are tied at 46 while England is second at 32.

FYI, Champions League era =/= European Cup era.

Milan will be 5th at the end of the season. Barcelona will lose the top sport over the next 2-3 years but Spain will stay on top for quite some time I think.
Regarding the countries I think it would be more interesting to see which country has the most productive clubs as obviously a league with 4 clubs in the CL will gain more points than a league with 3 or even less clubs in the CL.
