Chelsea should sign Modric and Pastore to begin with. Mikel and Ramires will do until Essien returns in terms of DM.

Then they need to sort the RB situation out. Is Bosingwa going to start? Is Ivanovic going to start? Ashley Cole and Zhirkov will do at LB for 1-2 more years.

Finally they need 1 or 2 wingers. Hulk would be a good target, Mata too.

All of that is easy to say.. lol.. And Modric is a no no now with McE looking pretty sharp. Would be ideal for a rotational role with Lampard eh

willian is cheap, got plenty of potential, more then likely wiling to move to a big club and im sure 15mil would get shaktar thinking yet we havent been linked to him since the carletto days
