I can assure all that Eto'o will definitely stay at Anzhi. It would be very difficult to arrange his transfer because Samuel is not willing to move to another club for less wages.

Being that your average job doesn't earn you 30x more than you need to live a life of luxury. And taking a big paycut in a normal job could leave you unable to pay all the bills.

Unlike a 20M to 10M paycut. So pls don't.

I think he means to say he is not willing to take a crazy paycut something like from 15m to 4-5m a year for instance.Not that he totally doesnt want to reduce his wages.

Decent, well paying clubs will want him. But at his age NO CLUB in the world would dream of matching his current wages.

Every 2 years you have him you could build a solid squad with his wages alone ffs.

At this point he should have enough in the bank + interest to live a life of no limits until he's dead ffs.

Just another player who is happy to collect a fat paycheck whilst competing for nothing in a shit league.

He knows that i'm sure but what his agent is trying to say(i guess) is that he would take a paycut but not a drastic one like 10m less for example than his current salary.This is how i interpret it.

So he wants to make as much money as he can with the career he has left...what's the big deal? He's received/earned the contract he's on and it's completely his right to honor it. Eto'o has won everything there is to win in football at the club level really. If some people want to see out the twilight of their career collecting a phat paycheck then so be it.

Man Utd should try and get Coentrao. Rafael the attacking fullback and Coentrao would be the balanced one. Not sure why there aren't many top clubs interested in him even though he's available.

Don't think Moyes will want to spend heavily on a fullback plus they have that Buttner guy

No he hasn't. Liverpool are currently in negotiations for Siqueira. If those don't prove productive then the club may turn back to Cissokho but at the moment he's not our main target for LB competition.

Buttner is terrible.

We would have been fine if Fabio wasn't so injury prone.

Coentrao is a good option, but we could get someone like Baines for cheaper.
