City offer 12M/year to Fabregas

Man city is trying to rob arsenal of their attacking force, actually not "rob" isnt the word, they are paying some very nice sums.
According to EC, Man City is offering 12/year, for 5 seasons, free of tax, which will make him the 3rd best paid player in the world after Messi and Ronaldo. Man City is willing to pay the 45M Arsenal is asking for. They indicated that Arsene would be willing to sell as long as it's not Chelsea or Utd.
Arsenal is still waiting for Barcelona to up their 35M offer, to the suggested 40M.

Would solve their five man DM crisis. Just think of the defensive possibilities Fabregas would bring to City
