Update on mah book: Grapes of Wrath was amazing. Fantastic book.

The most overused term when it comes to literature is the term "tour de force" which most books aren't, even if it says they are. Grapes of Wrath, however, is. The injustice shown is even greater than the injustice shown in the previous book I read, To Kill a Mockingbird.

Steinbeck's writing is eloquent and brilliant yet not ostentatious. It's got a beautiful simplicity about it without being as simple as it seems. More than anything, it's just powerful.

I dragged through the first 100 pages, which took me as long as the other 330 pages of the book, as it has a very slow start in my opinion, but the rest is fantastic. Deserves its place among the best American novels.

Nice Ill check it out one day

Just got back from some soccer training. Ran 2 miles again on track and did stadiums with steps. I'm coughing and almost threw up but this great for the long run. Keep in mind it was at a teammates pace who is in ridiculous shape.

Then played World Cup with that girl I was telling you about CB who moved to North Carolina. My teammate and I played and we went to the final against her and her teammate. Scored a goal alla Del Piero and got a compliment from her <3
