Here is football italia's better translation and explanation:
Juventus have officially secured co-ownership deals with Sampdoria for Manolo Gabbiadini and Sassuolo for Simone Zaza.
The Bianconeri announced the two moves this afternoon with an official statement on their website.
Striker Gabbiadini spent last season on loan at Bologna. He was co-owned between Juventus and Atalanta, but today the Turin giants paid €5.5m to buy out Atalanta’s half of the contract.
That was then sold on to Sampdoria, so the Under-21 Italy striker is now co-owned by Juventus and Samp.
Juventus also announced they bought forward Zaza from Sampdoria for €3.5m to be paid over three years.
The former Ascoli hitman will not remain in Turin, as he has already seen 50 per cent of his contract sold to Serie A newcomers Sassuolo for €2.5m.

Oh my god these 50% ownership deals are so damn retarded.
Anyways I found it interesting that Gabbiadini's 50% share worth 5,5mil euros.. But surely if we buy him back in the coming years it will be even more.
