TBH when Punk put Jericho out of the ring, I half-expected Braawk to enter the arena.

Normally when they're in such an intense part of the match, they don't put a guy outside the ring.

The ambulance will probably be out when the match starts so if Cena/Ryback do win the first 2 the winner will put the loser in the ambulance anyway.
