Leaders of Makhachkala "Anji" is considering buying 27-year-old Newcastle and Senegal national team striker Papis Cisse.

According to "Izvestia", Makhachkala are ready to offer around €18 million for the forward, and - as with most of their players - a contract with an annual salary of around €3 million, which is significantly more than his current salary at Newcastle.

It is worth noting that the Anji coaching department have followed Cisse from the time of his performances for Freiburg in Germany. According to the club's management and coaching staff, the Senegalese striker could easily fit into the team.

Considering who it is i'd like to try and get something in the 20s tbh.

Rumours linking Cesc Fabregas with a move back to England are wide of the mark, according to Sky Sports Spanish football expert Guillem Balague.

The former Arsenal midfielder is a reported target for Manchester United and Manchester City, as well as the Gunners, but if he does leave Barcelona it is not likely to be for at least another 12 months.

United were rumoured to have opened talks with Barcelona over a deal for the 26-year-old, who was only a fringe member of their squad last season and could be further marginalised by the arrival of the exciting Neymar.

But Balague told Sky Sports News of Fabregas: "He is surprised by the rumours that are so strong in England.

"The club has definitely told me this evening that they have got no intention whatsoever of selling him.

"His buyout clause, in case anybody is interested, is €200million (£171m), which is a little bit expensive. In any case it is a deterrent for people to come and try to poach him away.

"If anything was going to happen it would be in the future, maybe next year, who knows, but what seems certain is that both the club and himself have decided he will stay at Barcelona for at least one more season."

Apart from a few words like 'A' 'on' 'And' Ballague has been the most *bleep* typed thing on this forum in the past few days. I'd take my chances on twitter before rewarding this scrubs opinion with any consideration.

He's a Mou type player, there's still some hope.

Tancredi has sources in my opinion. A lot more reliable than Ballsbag although he's a massive attention whore.

why is oscar ostracized on the bench behind Mata. but Gil is a smart lad, he realizes Oscar cant play centrally ahead of Mata, and De Bruyne is better wide. too bad mou will sell him Laughing

Highly doubt we're "keen" to sell our most important midfielder tbh.

20m is about right for him now though considering he's a hair away from 30. Would still prefer he stay. We have no one that looks ready to lead the club after Totti and he.

Football agent Fulvio Marrucco has stated Napoli may consider a move for Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel in the upcoming transfer window.

Marrucco believes a move to Napoli where Skrtel would be reunited with Benitez , who signed him for Liverpool in 2008, would be a good piece of business.

“Skrtel is a good player and Napoli could catch him,” he told Radio Crc on Thursday.

Not this season, DDR has been crap, I would arguably call him Roma's most inconsistent player. This sucks given his obvious talent, but I think this was a stay or go season for him anyways.

The divorce was years ago tbh. He's got a girlfriend now. Pretty sure she's American. Dunno much about his personal life beyond that.
