Re: Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.II
yeah I think we overpaid for him and Modric but while there are rumours of modric leaving for 30mill cacktraos price is significantly lower than what we bought him for. Dat Mou desperation
watch him buy some overpriced player for Chelsea that would only be a squad player

Seriously though, I don't want Khedira simply because he isn't that much better than what we have.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.II
Khedira is not better than Ramires.... i agree with that. Khedira is smarter but Ramires is a lot more athletic. Just yesterday against Sociedad, Khedira and Modric were getting pimp slapped all game long lol. Lucky Sociedad missed 97 of their 100 chances.

Lewandowski to Bayern, his agent:
------------------------
Spanish newspaper Estadio Deportivo has learned that Napoli are the latest club to have joined the race for Sevilla striker Alvaro Negredo.
The highly rated forward is counting his final days at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan and it only remains to be seen where he is going to end up.
A number of Europe’s top clubs are believed to be keen on Negredo, with the player reportedly leaning towards a move to Atletico Madrid.
However, Estadio Deportivo now reports that new Napoli boss Rafael Benitez is looking to lure the striker to Stadio San Paolo.
Given that star striker Edinson Cavani is almost certain to leave the Azzurri, the Spanish coach is convinced Negredo would be a decent replacement.
-------------------------
Italian daily La Gazzetta dello Sport understands that AC Milan are keeping close tabs on Serie A starlets Josip Ilicic and Alessio Cerci.
The club chiefs seem to have decided to replace current boss Max Allegri with Clarence Seedorf and they are starting to think about summer reinforcements.
With Giampaolo Pazzini set for a six-month spell on the sidelines and Bojan Krkic almost certain to leave, they need at least two attack-minded players.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan are seriously thinking about recruiting Palermo playmaker Josip Ilicic and Torino winger Alessio Cerci.
Meanwhile, they are stepping up their interest in Sampdoria forward Simone Zaza, who is followed by just about every top club in Italy.
Given that Robinho and Kevin-Prince Boateng could also leave in the summer, the Rossoneri could pursue their interest in all three targets.
---------------------------
Newcastle are among clubs showing interest in Auxerre midfielder Steven Langil, reports L’Equipe.
"Robert will leave for Bayern Munich next season, it makes no sense to deny the switch", Kucharski told the Polish media.
"It’s just a matter of time. The deal can be completed in one, two or three weeks. We are waiting for a signal from [Dortmund] and work on the transfer", the Polish ex-striker added.
"Robert feels he needs a new challenge. He wants other people behind him, a new coach, a new motivation", Kucharski explained.

Inter & Juve set to fight for Zuniga
Juventus and Inter could fight it out for Napoli wing-back Juan Zuniga, reports in Tuttosport have claimed this morning.
The 27-year-old's contract at the Partenopei ends in June 2014, with a renewal looking increasingly unlikely following the Colombia international's outlandish wage demands.
It means that the Stadio San Paolo side will have to sell this summer if they are to make any money on the defender, and according to Tuttosport, the Bianconeri and the Nerazzurri are set to tussle for Zuniga.
Antonio Conte's side are favourites for his signature, but new Inter Coach Walter Mazzarri is hoping to reunite with his old player, with a bid of around €7m likely to secure his capture.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.II
Genoa midfielder Juraj Kucka has admitted he is flattered to be linked with Liverpool but will keep his feet on the ground.
The 26-year-old holding midfielder has enjoyed a good season with the Serie A club and speculation has linked him with a move to Anfield.
The Slovakia international welcomes the attention and the prospect of playing alongside international team-mate Martin Skrtel but intends to focus on his job at Genoa.
"It's good news," Kucka told Dennik Sport. "I have read it on the internet.
"I have not called my compatriot Martin Skrtel and have no plans to do so. I prefer to keep my feet on the ground.
"I am a Genoa player, so I have to think that I'll play in Genoa the next season.
"But I can imagine what it would mean to wear the Liverpool shirt."

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.II
Inter and Roma have both reportedly held meetings with Valencia defender Adil Rami’s agents in recent days over a proposed transfer.
The French international is strongly linked with a departure from Mestalla this summer amid Valencia’s financial uncertainty and has previously been paired with a possible switch out to Serie A.
Superdeporte report that the centre-back’s representatives have, over recent weeks, been offering the player to clubs in both the Premier League and Italian top flight.
It is understood that on from doing so, talks with both Inter and Roma over a proposed move this summer have been discussed, with meetings with both clubs allegedly occurring in the last couple of weeks.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.II
Highly-rated Malaga playmaker Isco admits he would relish the chance to continue playing under departing coach Manuel Pellegrini.
Pellegrini will leave Malaga following this weekend's final round of Primera Division matches and has been closely linked with the vacant post at Manchester City.
There has also been plenty of speculation about Isco's future at the Andalusian club, with Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and several English clubs, including City, thought to be coveting the 21-year-old.
Isco insists he will not be rushed into a decision about where he will ply his trade next season, but admits he would be happy to still be under the orders of Pellegrini.
"He's been my footballing father and I know that he likes me and, for me, of course I would like to continue with him because he's given me all the confidence in the world," he told reporters after joining up with the Spain Under-21 squad on Monday.
On the subject of which club he might move to, Isco says the key thing for him is the amount of time he gets on the pitch.
He said: "It's a very important decision for me and I don't want to get it wrong.
"I have doubts because I want to play, wherever it is, and that's the most important thing. I don't want to regret it after not getting many minutes."
He added: "I'm not closing my door to anyone but my priority is to play and I don't want to be on the bench. We'll see what happens in the summer."

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.II
Juventus are reportedly monitoring the situation of Real Madrid left-back Fabio Coentrao.
The 25-year-old essentially confirmed his wish to leave the club by claiming he doesn’t feel wanted at the Santiago Bernabeu.
According to Tuttosport, the Bianconeri have been alerted by his openness to a transfer and feel he would add extra quality to their left side.

We definitely need a left back.
Asamoah had 6 months of looking like a top 5 LB/LWB which kind of masked the fact that we still need one and have done for so many years.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.II
Juventus are said to be eyeing a move for Arsenal’s Thomas Vermaelen this summer.
The 27-year-old has endured a tough season with the Gunners, losing his place in the staring eleven after a series of poor performances, starting only one of the Gunners’ last ten Premier League matches.
According to Tuttosport, Bianconeri coach Antonio Conte has added the Belgian to his list of preferred defensive targets, along with Andrea Ranocchia, Angelo Ogbonna and Davide Astori.
It is thought Vermaelen could be available for as little as €7 million as his contract only has two years to run.

If we play him LB i'll go nuts, if we switch to a back 4 he'd be a 4th choice CB. What's the point. 4th choice could be freaking Caceres.
