The end of hoofball on cold, rainy Tuesday nights for Stoke?

Wigan wouldn't be in the Championship if they played "amazing football".

Re: Tony Pulis resigns as Stoke manager
Results wise he did great job there, but often they were too negative and unimaginative on the pitch, especially when you consider that Stoke's net transfer spend has been above-average in the league.
But still, that kept them in the league to this day and that pressure will be quite heavy on whoever takes the reigns at the club.

Re: Tony Pulis resigns as Stoke manager
It came after the news that his proposal to replace the standard goalposts at the Britannia with 11 footers and to lose the net entirely was rejected by the owners

Re: Tony Pulis resigns as Stoke manager
If Rafa joins Stoke, Stoke will win the League cup or FA cup. Also they will be unbeatable, 0-0 draws all around.
