The categories are a bit arbitrary tbh. You could argue that Callejon > Iniesta (when he plays on the wings) with those categories. Iniesta isn't particularly fast, he doesn't cross at all, he isn't as prolific as Callejon probably and I don't think he's doing as much dirt work as Callejon either. Callejon > Iniesta.

If it makes you happy though:

Speed: Tello (he's probably in the top 7 fastest players in the world, he's a speed demon)
Acceleration: Tello, see above
Crossing: never seen Tello making high crosses, his low crosses are accurate though, no idea about Callejon and Welbeck plays centrally anyway most of the time I watch him
Scoring: 12 goals in 47 games for Tello vs. 18 in 71 games for Callejon vs. 14 in 72 games for Welbeck in the past 2 seasons: Tello edges it
Positioning/movement: Tello is a touchline hugging wide player so his movement is rather simple, Welbeck wins this one probably, his movement caused Madrid all kind of problems
Passing: no idea, what kind of passing? They are all penetrative players who don't pass a lot so hard to judge their "passing" ability. They are all making simple passes most of the time.
Stamina/Tracking back: Callejon and Welbeck work harder than Tello

Speed and Acceleration: Tello
Crossing: Tello
Positioning/Movement: Welbeck
Tracking back: Callejon
Passing: Well its hard to judge given that wingers dont do alot of passing...
