How do you deal with nerves before watching a big match?

I cant stop thinking about the mu-rm match tonight. Cant seem to get any work done! Aaaargh.

Anyways, what do you guys do to calm down.?

Usually drink lots of water when watching a big game like this one.

I'm a f*cking nervous wreck when a tense game is on. Can't eat, can't drink, can't sit still, on edge for 90 minutes

lol great thread, as I cannot say how horrible I was until recently.

I couldn't eat, drink, or think of anything else. I felt nauseas, I was tense, and I was overall a nervous wreck.

I think I've gotten better in recent years mainly because, much like Eivindo, I'm incredibly pessimistic about my teams chances, and so all I'm really hoping for is damage control.

Anyways, don't do anything about dealing with nerves. That's the beauty of football. You won't get these emotions all the time so I say enjoy the anxiety.
