We would actually have 2 wingers tracking back, which means the midfielders can focus more on winning the ball in the middle and retaining possession instead of spending their time defending our wings. I like it.

It would be nice to see Morata get some extended minutes.

so he wants us to play with two out and out wingers, interesting. would still have loved to see Callegoat as our number nine as opposed to Ronaldo. oh well

great result in those conditions. callejon was great, essien was great. alonso too

glad to see morata score. thought he would have came on for ronaldo at the half.

but albiol came on and he didnt do himself any favours, once he got shifted into defence for arbeloa he didnt know what he was doing.

Crazy match, terrible conditions and some terrible play from our players. Cristiano Ronaldo is a legend scoring with only one eye, Mourinho said he couldn't see from both eyes at half time. Let's hope he fine.

Di Maria is increasingly getting frustrating after every match, He missed a sitter just before Levante scored the equaliser, his decision making tonight was even poorer than usual.

Alonso managed to miss a penalty which could have cost us the game and any chances of catching Barcelona at the top of the league. To his credit, the two goals today were as a result of his set pieces.

Albiol was just Albiol, a terrible player who only gets minutes because he's Spanish.

Essien was terrific, he must be used to such conditions down here in Ghana.

Callejon run his lungs out for the team, I'd start him over Higuain any day.

Another I'd start over Higgy is the legend in the making Alvaro Morata, what a time to score the winner and save any hopes we have of defending our league title.

not overrating callejon, but i could see him playing for spain in that false number nine position they have there.

he could even do a better job that fabregas, but he has no clout behind his name and he is not a youngster so he might not get that chance.

LOL at people bashing alonso just for the penalty, anyone can do that, remember ramos, that one costed us CL.

Alonso had a terrific match, his long passing was incridible, Both his freekicks resulted in goal.

Essian had a mixed game, he was bad at times, standing without doing anything, other time he was ok.

Coentrao had a terrific game, great comeback, super solid in defence unlike (arbeloa/albiol), and good in attack, was able to keep possession.

Callejon was full of running, great performance by him. DiMagia was total headless chicken again. Ozil was annoymus due to hoof ball tactic.

Casillas was so much win today

I think extra CM would have been much better choice instead of Özil as he was nowhere to be seen but its not his fault, preferbly Modric.

Coentrao was also solid, and Di maria was decent enough. Callejon motm for me.

This was a game who can hoof the best and clearly RM won

Alonso's setpieces were the reason we won, in games like this where u cant even pass properly you need Alonsos longballs and he did just that

glad morata scored and played well, last time he played for us he looked so nervous and floppy with the ball. this should give him the confidence for the next match

Decent game by us, we played good but the waterlogged pitch made it hard for us, i still can't fathom why Albitrolol keeps playing as a midfielder he CAN NOT ffs.

Also Ozil needs to be dropped permanently and given 10 mins like Kaka used to get the guy is USELESS these days.

Great runs by Callegoat and DiMaria or else we wouldn't have gotten the chances we did. also Morata should get more mins imho, sure he hasn't impressed with Castilla but he is playing good for the first team
